Purpose:Core strength training in research on the role of the Latin dance special students,will balance the ability to measure training effect of reference point,through the experiment of Latin dance special students before and after the measurement stability and balance ability,according to the data to assess the training effect on experimental Latin dance special students stability and balance effect,provide reference for Latin dance instructor and the student.Methods:This paper selected the art institute of xi ’an sports college sports level 2018 Latin dance special class 34 students as experimental object,sets the 34 Latin dance special students,respectively,to the experimental group(ten girls and seven boys)and control group(ten girls and seven boys),the experimental group while in class on balance ability of core strength training;The control group received traditional strength training while taking special classes.The methods of expert questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics were used to conduct the research,and the indexes(standing stability,stability limit test)were selected to show the change rule under the experimental intervention,revealing the influence of core strength training on the balance ability of Latin dance students.The experimental intervention period was 14 weeks.Before the experiment,34 students were tested for indicators.The test results of the experimental group and the control group showed P > 0.05 under the independent sample T test,indicating that there was no significant difference between the groups.At the end of the intervention,34 students in the experimental group and the control group were tested again.The test data were input into Excel and analyzed with SPSS 25.0 data software to draw relevant conclusions.Results:After 14 weeks of core strength training,it had a significant effect on the experimental group,as shown in the following aspects:(1)The dynamic and static balance ability is also significantly improved compared with that before the training;(2)in addition to the improvement of the overall level,the standard deviation of various indicators of students is also shrinking,indicating that the gap between students is also decreasing after training;(3)when standing on one foot,the sway of the center of gravity in the left and right directions decreases slightly according to the mean value,indicating that the core strength training strengthens the control of the center of gravity of the body and makes the body more concentrated.The mean values of the two test items in the control group did not change regularly before and after the experiment,and there was no significant difference.Conclusion:First,core strength training helps to train core muscle groups,improve the body’s control and balance ability,especially can significantly improve the comprehensive ability of various parts of the muscle groups,nervous system,improve the stability and coordination of the body.Secondly,it is concluded from the comparison of test results that there is no significant change in the indicators representing the balance ability of the control group before and after the experiment.In the experimental group,core strength training significantly improved balance.To sum up,whether Latin dancers carry out core training has a significant impact on their balance ability.Third,through the above analysis,it can be found that on one hand,core strength training can promote the balance ability of Latin dance students,on the other hand,the promotion effect of core strength training on the core stability can also improve the balance ability of Latin dance students.
