| In recent years,there has been a growing enthusiasm for learning Mandarin in Hong Kong.With the increasing economic,trade and cultural exchanges between the mainland and Hong Kong,learning Mandarin has become one of the courses that many parents and students value.At the same time,affected by the epidemic at that time,online teaching developed rapidly and became one of the mainstream teaching methods in Hong Kong.Online Mandarin teaching also received widespread attention and practice.Online learning has also become one of the main ways for children in Hong Kong to learn Mandarin in the post epidemic era.However,based on previous research,there is currently limited research on online Mandarin teaching for children in Hong Kong.Therefore,this study is based on the Chinese Road Teaching Platform and focuses on young children in Hong Kong,aiming to explore how to effectively conduct online Mandarin teaching.On the basis of summarizing previous research results,this article first conducts a detailed analysis of the curriculum,faculty,platform technology,teaching process,and other aspects of the Chinese Rd Platform to evaluate its applicability,advantages and disadvantages in Mandarin teaching for young children in Hong Kong.This article adopts case analysis and comparative analysis methods,combined with actual teaching cases on the Chinese Rd platform,to conduct in-depth research and discussion on the current situation,problems,advantages,and other aspects of online Mandarin teaching for young children in Hong Kong.Research has found that online Mandarin teaching for young children in Hong Kong based on the Chinese Road platform has many advantages,but there are also certain problems.Advantages include rich teaching resources,breakthrough of time and space constraints,advantages of language policy in Hong Kong,students in a critical period of language acquisition,high language acceptance,strong flexibility of teachers,etc.The problems include increased difficulty in classroom management,fewer forms of online activities,and greater influence of Cantonese dialects on children.Therefore,this article proposes a series of feasible improvement measures to improve the quality and effectiveness of online Mandarin teaching for young children in Hong Kong,supplement the future development direction and teaching needs of online Mandarin teaching for children,and hope to promote the significant development of online Mandarin teaching for children. |
