| Public cultural service is an indispensable part of government function.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the construction of public cultural services in our country has been developing day by day under the correct leadership of the party,the contents and standards of cultural services have won the hearts of the people,and the facilities and equipment are full of humanization and intelligentization.Under such circumstances,some large-scale integrated public cultural service platforms have emerged,which is a concrete manifestation of the government’s active role in serving the people and providing more quality cultural services to the public.It is of great practical significance to explore and analyze the performance of government function in construction of the platform.In order to conscientiously implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s spirit of speech of carrying forward China’s excellent traditional culture and cultivating and carrying forward the socialist core values,the local government build Guiyang Confucius Academy based on the reality.With ten years of exploration under the correct leadership of the government,Guiyang Confucius Academy has formed its own characteristics in the provision of public cultural services,and has some representation in the province and abroad.For further exploring the government’s function in the construction of the public cultural service platform,this paper conducts an empirical study on Guiyang Confucius Academy.Firstly,this paper systematically analyzes the research results on the functions of the government in promoting the construction of the platform,and then induces and sums up with methods of literature analysis,empirical analysis and comparative study.Secondly,by on-the-spot observation,questionnaire and interview survey,this paper analyzes the current situation,effectiveness,problems and reasons of the government’s functions in construction of the platform.Then,compares,analyzes and draws lessons from some typical public cultural service platforms at home and abroad,such as the Georges Pompidou National Centre of Art and Culture and Guangdong Museum of Culture.At last,puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the government’s function on constructing Guiyang Confucius Academy public cultural service platform ans others in our country.It is beneficial to enrich the contents of government function and play a reference role in the construction and development of the comprehensive public cultural service platform. |
