Developing cultural and creative industries is a strategic choice for a country or region to consolidate its competitive advantage and accelerate industrial upgrading,and also an effective way to adapt to the new normal of economic development and enhance the soft power of urban culture.At present,Hangzhou has established a relatively perfect cultural and creative industry system and market system,and the industrial scale,industrial agglomeration,platform construction,innovation and creation and international influence are entering a new stage.How to speed up the construction of a more competitive,distinctive and leading international cultural and creative center is an urgent issue for managers of cultural and creative industries in Hangzhou.The construction of public service platform for cultural and creative industries is an important way to promote the development of cultural and creative industries.Therefore,this paper takes Hangzhou public service platform for cultural and creative industries as the research object,and uses literature research,normative research,case study and other research methods to carry out the research on the construction of public service platform for cultural and creative industries in Hangzhou.First,carry out theoretical research on the construction of cultural and creative industries and public service platforms,and build relevant concepts and theoretical basis for research and analysis;secondly,through questionnaire survey and interview,carry out research and Analysis on the construction and current situation of Hangzhou cultural and creative industries public service platform,and analyze the problems and reasons of Hangzhou cultural and creative industries public service platform;finally,From the aspects of organizational planning,system guarantee and professional level,this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening and improving the construction of Hangzhou cultural and creative industry public service platform.
