Research On The Construction Of Rural Public Cultural Service System From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the report of the 20 th Party Congress that it is important to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and solidly promote cultural revitalization,viewing rural cultural construction as the root of rural revitalization.In 2018,the "Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)" was officially launched,indicating that my country has entered a new stage of rural revitalization.Taking Shiye Town,Zhenjiang City as the research object,this paper systematically studies the construction of the local rural public cultural service system and serves as a reference for the local social development.This paper starts from the basic situation of the construction of rural public cultural service system in Shiye Town,Zhenjiang City,and takes the construction of rural public cultural service infrastructure,management level of rural public cultural service,capital investment and service form as the problem orientation.This paper tries to propose improving the rural public cultural service mechanism,optimizing the supply of rural public cultural service products,stimulating the innovation consciousness of managers of rural public cultural service facilities,and improving the direction of innovative service mode,and analyzes the current situation and future development direction of the rural public cultural service system in Shiye Town.In this regard,this paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods,through questionnaire survey and actual visit,to obtain the first-hand information of the construction of local public cultural service system,understand the current situation of Shiye Town’s public cultural service system,and reveal the existing problems in the local public cultural service system.The construction of rural public cultural service facilities is not in place,the management level of rural public cultural service is low,the funding of rural public cultural service construction is insufficient,and the richness of rural public cultural service activities is insufficient.The reasons for these problems include the imperfect management system of rural public cultural service facilities,the structural imbalance of supply and demand of rural public cultural products,the imperfect investment system of rural public cultural service system construction,and the insufficient richness of rural public cultural service activities.Finally,it puts forward some measures to further improve the public cultural service system in Shiye Town,including perfecting the rural public cultural service mechanism,optimizing the supply of rural public cultural service products,stimulating the innovation consciousness of the managers of rural public cultural service facilities,and innovating the service mode of the construction of rural public cultural service system.There are still many deficiencies in the research work on the public cultural service system of Shiye Town,which will be further deepened and improved in the future research.At the same time,I hope to provide some valuable reference for the construction of rural public cultural service system in other regions through this research.
