| The comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society has entered its third year.In order to achieve educational balance and accelerate the process of urban-rural integration,rural education issues have attracted much attention,and the country’s application and development of educational resources are gradually tilting towards rural areas.In order to promote the development of high-quality rural education,build a long-term stable high-quality teacher team,and achieve the strategic goal of rural revitalization,the "Special Post Teacher Plan" is one of the important measures to improve the strength of rural education teachers in China.At present,in order to attract more attention from young people,in addition to policy guidance,the country has put forward new requirements for the high-quality development of the "Special Post Teacher Plan".However,as an ordinary group of special duty teachers,their daily work and life are rarely recorded due to the lack of typical cases and representativeness.The documentary "Road to Youth" is mainly filmed by six special teachers from Shibaotou Township Central School in Weihui City,Henan Province.The use of segmented stories to highlight the characteristics of group images,and the emphasis on realistic visual expression through exhibition style narrative logic,showcasing the development and changes of modern rural education.From a subjective and objective perspective,using time,space,and logical progressive recording forms to express the experiences and experiences of young people entering the special post teacher industry.The seemingly leisurely teaching state of special post teachers,facing different perspectives that troubled different protagonists,uses camera art to showcase the practical challenges they face when engaging in rural education,and presents the persistence and choices of special post teachers.The form of a documentary can more realistically record and present the real situation of ordinary special post teachers,providing a reference for the youth group who yearn for or stop at special post teachers to present real content.Using images to record and influence the attention of young people,increasing participation,enhancing the satisfaction of professional services for special post teachers,providing innovative development paths for young people in the new era to assist in rural revitalization,and promoting cohesion in the implementation of rural revitalization strategies. |
