Action Research On Online Chinese Classroom Management Based On ClassIn Platform

Since December 2019,due to the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,offline Chinese teaching has been greatly affected,and online Chinese classes have become the best choice for learning Chinese under the epidemic.At present,offline Chinese teaching has finally resumed,but after three years of trial and development,online Chinese teaching has shown its advantages and vitality due to its convenience,efficiency,and freedom from time and space constraints,and there is still a broad space for its existence.Based on the Class In platform,this paper uses the method of Action Research to study the classroom management of online Chinese teaching.It took 10 months to carry out two rounds of Action Research.In the first round of Action Research,the author found that there were problems in the interaction between teachers and students,students’ classroom learning and cultural understanding in the online classroom,so the problems in the online Chinese classroom were analyzed from three aspects: teachers,students and platform The reason for the problem was formulated and implemented,and the problem was finally solved.In the second round of action,this article referred to the successful experience of the first round of Action Research,but it was not as smooth as expected,and new problems appeared.The author analyzed,planned and revised the implementation again,and finally achieved results.Based on the results of two rounds of Action Research and referring to the relevant theories of offline classroom management,a model of online classroom management was finally established,and the specific construction of the model was clarified from four aspects: determining goals,constructing the environment,promoting communication,and giving incentives.And designed a flow chart.This model can reduce the sense of distance between teachers and students due to the network to a certain extent,break through the limitations of time and place,mobilize students’ enthusiasm for learning,and create a good class atmosphere.This model is not only applicable to the Class In platform,but also can be used on other platforms after a slight modification,which can provide a reference for future online Chinese teachers.
