In the post-epidemic epoch,the teaching mode of international Chinese language education has begun to change after the combination of international Chinese education and "Internet+",from single offline teaching to online and offline hybrid teaching.In the face of the new situation of international Chinese teaching mode transformation,the MTCSOL should make full use of modern information technology and the multimedia network to actively explore online and offline hybrid teaching methods in order to improve the comprehensive ability of international Chinese teaching.In this process,online classroom management capability,as one of the important abilities of online international Chinese teaching,should become a key concern for the MTCSOL.In this dissertation,we focus on the factors that affect the online classroom management ability and make in-depth observation and reflection on them,in order to improve the Chinese cultural knowledge and multiple ability for the MTCSOL from universities in Gansu.This dissertation is divided into five parts,the first part summarizes the research results on classroom management,online classroom management,and classroom management capability at home and abroad,in order to sum up the meaning and five components of online classroom management capability.The second part designs the questionnaire and interview of the online classroom management capability of the MTCSOL,first proposes the research questions,and then elaborates the target,content,revision and implementation of the questionnaire and interview respectively.The third part analyzes the current status,based on the results of the questionnaire to get a preliminary understanding of the current situation about online classroom management ability of the MTCSOL.The results of the questionnaire were then supplemented by interviews to further analyze their current status.In the fourth part,based on the current situation about online classroom management capability of the MTCSOL,we discuss the internal and external factors influencing about online classroom management ability of the MTCSOL,mainly from the aspects of students,online classroom environment,organizational training and individual factors.Finally,we summarize the current situation and the influencing factors,and then propose effective measures to help the MTCSOL improve its online classroom management capability from five aspects: online self-management capability,online student management capability,online teaching content management capability,online teaching time management ability,and environmental management capability.
