With the arrival of the post-pandemic era,online teaching has become the preferred teaching method for many international Chinese language teachers.However,online teaching started relatively late,and teaching management issues have become increasingly prominent,especially in Chinese oral classes,where the problems are more complex and prominent.How to effectively manage online Chinese oral courses has become the primary issue faced by teaching managers and implementers.This article takes the online teaching of the International Chinese Education oral course at Heilongjiang University as an example.Through the collection and analysis of classroom cases and auxiliary surveys such as questionnaires,it conducts in-depth analysis and discussion on the management issues of the online classroom.The study found that there are three main problems in the management of the online oral course:classroom environment,student psychology,and classroom behavioral problems.Corresponding solutions are proposed: teachers need to ensure the stability of the network and create a quiet learning environment,establish good interpersonal relationships with students;help students clarify their learning motivation,correct their learning attitude,and adopt different teaching strategies for students with different personality traits;work with students to develop suitable classroom rules for online teaching and clarify the corresponding reward and punishment mechanisms,guide students to comply with classroom discipline,and avoid disturbing the normal classroom learning of other students.The implementation of these measures can effectively improve the quality of online teaching,ensure teaching effectiveness and classroom order.This study not only provides some guidance for the management of online teaching in international Chinese education but also provides valuable data and information for related disciplines’ educational research.In the post-pandemic era,with further in-depth research on online teaching models,the quality of education and teaching will be further improved,which will promote education and teaching reform and development.
