| Dragon dance is an excellent national traditional sport in China.In the performance of music,dragon dancers turn,turn,jump and jump with dragon tools.Through ingenious design,they show the shape and charm of the dragon,which has high ornamental value and shows the collective skills and wisdom.In this collective sports project,the cooperation between team members is one of the important factors.At the same time,as the leader of the collective,coaches,in the process of guiding team training,what kind of leadership style they use plays a vital role in improving team cohesion.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,data statistics and comparative analysis,this study studied 185 athletes of the college dragon dance team participating in the 2020 Jiangsu University dragon and lion elite competition,and explored the influencing factors and correlation between the leadership behavior of the dragon dance coach and the team cohesion.The research conclusions are as follows:(1)There were significant differences in perceived coach leadership behavior among athletes of different grades,different genders,different training years and different participation times(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference among athletes of different competition positions(P > 0.05).(2)Athletes of different grades,different years of training and different times of competition have significant differences in all dimensions of team cohesion(P <0.05),while athletes of different gender(except group task attraction)and different competition positions have no significant differences in all dimensions of team cohesion(P > 0.05).(3)There is a significant correlation between the leadership behavior of dragon dance coaches and all dimensions of team cohesion.There is a significant positive correlation between Democratic leadership behavior and all dimensions of team cohesion,and a significant negative correlation between authoritarian leadership behavior and all dimensions of team cohesion. |
