| Based on the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of online teaching ability of master of Chinese international education,this paper points out the shortcomings of the cultivation of online teaching ability of master of Chinese international education and makes an analysis of the causes of the problems.This paper expounds two thoughts on the cultivation of online teaching ability of master of Chinese international education,and puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of online teaching ability,in order to promote the construction of information teaching quality and ability training system of master of Chinese international education,and promote the further upgrading and leapfrog development of the construction of international Chinese education discipline.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,it explains the research object,and then describes the research significance and research value of the topic,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods used in this paper and the theoretical basis involved in the research.The second part is the necessity of online teaching ability training for master of Chinese international education and the requirements of the training program.It analyzes the importance of online Chinese teaching ability training for master of Chinese international education from two aspects : ’ professional ability standard of international Chinese teachers ’and the construction of subject talent training system.It also reviews the guiding training program of master of Chinese international education promulgated by the state and the relevant contents of the current training program of domestic universities,and interprets the relevant requirements of online teaching ability of master of Chinese international education in the training program from the perspectives of training objectives and curriculum setting.The third part is a survey of the current situation of online teaching ability training for master of Chinese international education.It describes in detail the design ideas,subject content,distribution and recovery of the questionnaire,and explores the online Chinese teaching practice participation of master of Chinese international education,the current situation of online Chinese teaching ability of master of Chinese international education participating in practice,the online Chinese teaching ability training of colleges and universities,and the demand of master of Chinese international education for online Chinese teaching ability training.The fourth part points out two problems existing in the cultivation of online teaching ability of master of Chinese international education,namely,the problems existing in the cultivation of online teaching ability of training units and the problems existing in the online teaching practice of master of Chinese international education.The fifth part is thinking and suggestions.In view of the problems and causes of online teaching ability training,this paper puts forward that the cultivation of online Chinese teaching ability presents the characteristics of " four in one cross parallel " mode.At the same time,the online teaching ability of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages has independent regulation.Based on the above two considerations,this paper proposes to update the training program in time,improve online teaching guidance,increase online practice opportunities,and improve the subjective initiative of Chinese international education master students.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the whole content of this paper,and points out two shortcomings in this paper,that is,the uneven distribution of the colleges and universities where the questionnaire is filled in and the small number of college training programs collected.In the future,the author will try to expand the scope of investigation and search in order to collect more comprehensive information and data. |
