Investigation And Research On The Cultivation Status Of Master Of Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Language In Shaanxi Province

Language communication and national development are mutually reinforcing.With the increasing international status of China,the upsurge of Chinese language learning is sweeping the globe,and there is an urgent need for international promotion of Chinese language on an international scale.Against this background of the times,the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages has emerged at the historic moment,and has trained a large number of professionals who have the ability to promote Chinese internationally and can engage in the teaching of Chinese as a second language.By 2019,a total of 148 colleges and universities in China have established masters programs in Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages.Due to the late start of this master,most colleges and universities are struggling to move forward.In recent years,Shaanxi Province has developed a rapid development of the master,the number of enrollment schools has gradually increased,the level of schooling has been diversified,and the number of applicants for colleges and universities has continued to increase.However,there are still many problems in the training of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,such as the need to optimize the curriculum system,lack of professional background teachers,and insufficient attention to teaching practices,which restrict the development of the master of Chinese international education majors.Through the survey of the status of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages majors in colleges and universities in Shaanxi Province,this article strives to understand the general situation of the development of the major in Shaanxi province,taps the advantages,finds the shortcomings,provides practical suggestions and countermeasures,and improves the master’s training system for this master in Shaanxi Province.This article aims to explore ways to adapt to the development of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in Shaanxi Province,and also provide a reference for other areas.
