Master Of Teaching Chinese To Speakers Of Other Languages In Henan Province Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Talent Cultivation

In 2013,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed a major initiative to build the "Belt and Road".Today in 2022,the "Belt and Road" construction has made great progress in many aspects.Relying on the continuous advancement of the "Belt and Road" construction,the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages has ushered in a "golden opportunity period" for development.The Master of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages program was established under the background of the international promotion of Chinese language.Therefore,how to improve the quality of the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages under the new situation has become a question worthy of consideration and exploration.As an important part of the national Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages training in Henan Province,it not only reflects the common characteristics of talent training,but also has its own regional and individual characteristics.It is of great significance to study the current situation of cultivation.This paper firstly introduces the general situation of the development of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages,and sorts out and analyzes 196 colleges and universities nationwide,and finds that there are certain distribution rules in terms of regions,categories,levels,etc.;Starting from a comparative analysis of the current situation of talent training in the majors of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in seven colleges and universities in Henan Province,and sorting out the development of the majors of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in seven colleges and universities in Henan Province;Professional students conduct a questionnaire survey to understand the basic information of the survey respondents,as well as their views on the cultivation of talents for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in their universities.The survey results are summarized,counted and analyzed to support the conclusions of this paper.Through static text analysis and dynamic questionnaire survey,this paper summarizes the achievements and existing problems in the cultivation of talents for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in Henan Province.The achievements in the cultivation of talents for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in Henan Province are the obvious advantages in the number of recruiting institutions,the continuous expansion of the training scope,and the continuous enhancement of regional characteristics.According to the process,the problems existing in the training of talents for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in Henan Province can be divided into "poor absorption" in the talent input stage,"malnutrition" in the talent training stage,and "indigestion" in the talent export stage.The problems existing in the training of talents for the Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in colleges and universities put forward targeted optimization suggestions,that is,"strict control" in the talent input stage,"quality improvement" in the talent training stage,and "two-pronged approach" in the talent output stage,in order to improve the Chinese language in Henan Province and even the whole country.The quality of professional talent training for the Master of International Education contributes a little bit of firefly light.
