| In recent years,with the continuous development of international Chinese education,the discipline of international Chinese education has become more and more perfect,and the number of schools that have established master’s degrees in Chinese as a foreign language education has been increasing in the past two years,training many excellent international Chinese teachers,and providing talent support for the dissemination and promotion of Chinese.As a preparatory army for future international Chinese teachers,the Master of Chinese as a Foreign Language Education should have the necessary abilities for international Chinese teachers.The newly released"International Professional Competency Standards for Chinese Teachers" proposes that international Chinese teachers must have a sense of teaching reflection,be able to run reflection through the whole process of international Chinese education and professional development,and be able to conduct reflection and self-assessment through various reflection channels,and finally apply the results of teaching reflection to practice and improve teaching.Therefore,the ability of teaching reflection is also a very important ability of the Master of Chinese International Education,which needs to be valued and cultivated.However,the current research on the teaching reflection ability of the Master of Education in Chinese as a Foreign Language is not very rich,so this article will conduct research on this in an attempt to understand the level of reflective ability in teaching the Master of Education in Chinese as a Foreign Language,so as to make suggestions to improve the teaching reflection ability of the Master of Education in Chinese as a Foreign Language.This paper will take the Master of Chinese as a Foreign Language Education Master of Education in Heilongjiang Province as the research object,through questionnaires and interviews,to study the teaching reflection ability of the Master of Chinese as a Foreign Education,collect relevant data,descriptive analysis,analyze the current situation of the teaching reflection ability of the Master of Chinese International Education,summarize the shortcomings of reflection ability,discuss the reflected problems,analyze the influencing factors of its teaching reflection ability,and finally put forward targeted suggestions from the perspectives of individuals and training units.It is expected to arouse the attention of the Master of Chinese International Education to teaching reflection,provide some inspiration for the majors of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages in various universities to cultivate students’ teaching reflection ability,and cultivate more excellent international Chinese teachers,so as to better promote the development of international Chinese education. |
