Research On The Precise Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services Under The Background Of Rural Revitalizatio

Cultural revitalization is an important content in rural revitalization,and the supply of rural public cultural services is an important starting point for strengthening rural cultural revitalization,which is of great significance to rural public cultural construction.In recent years,the grassroots government has actively responded to the rural revitalization strategy,regarded the supply of rural public cultural services as the top priority,and achieved a series of remarkable achievements,but at this stage,the personalized and differentiated cultural needs of farmers are growing,the shortcomings of the existing public cultural service supply system are increasingly prominent,the problems of "supply is not suitable for demand" and "supply is not needed" are widespread,it is difficult for farmers to accurately express their personalized and differentiated cultural needs,and it is difficult for cultural supply subjects to accurately identify the cultural needs of rural areas.This makes the supply of rural public cultural services inaccurate.Therefore,based on the survey data of Y County in Guizhou Province,this paper empirically analyzes the current situation and satisfaction of the accurate supply of rural public cultural services,and then puts forward the optimization countermeasures of the accurate supply of rural public cultural services,which has certain theoretical and practical significance for improving the quality and efficiency of rural public cultural service supply,meeting the personalized and differentiated spiritual and cultural needs of farmers,and realizing rural cultural revitalization.The precise supply of rural public cultural services is the process of accurately dividing the cultural responsibilities of the supply subjects,aiming at the high degree of consistency between supply and demand,accurately identifying the personalized and differentiated cultural needs of farmers,accurately managing the supply process of public cultural services,accurately evaluating the results of public cultural services,accurately integrating public cultural resources,and providing a free or preferential public cultural service for rural areas.Based on the survey data of Y County,Guizhou Province,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the current situation of accurate supply of rural public cultural services,and shows that the current accurate supply of rural public cultural services has problems such as unclear division of responsibilities of supply subjects,difficulty in accurately identifying differentiated cultural needs,poor management of rural public cultural service supply,inaccurate evaluation of rural public cultural services,and lack of effective integration of rural public cultural resources,while the empirical analysis of the satisfaction of accurate supply of rural public cultural services shows that At present,there is a problem of low overall satisfaction with the accurate supply of rural public cultural services.Therefore,this paper argues that the supply of rural public cultural services needs to urgently match the demand and achieve precise supply,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of rural public cultural service supply,and then improve the overall satisfaction of the accurate supply of rural public cultural services.According to the conclusion of empirical analysis,this paper believes that the unscientific positioning of cultural supply function,the disadvantages of the urban-rural dual cultural supply system,the imperfect grassroots cultural supply management system,the emphasis on form and assessment over effect,and the imperfect integration mechanism of cultural resources are the objective reasons for the inaccurate supply of rural public cultural services,while the main body of supply ideology is not in place,the demand-oriented cultural service concept is lacking,and the traditional management thinking lacks service awareness.The influence of ideology that emphasizes economy over culture and backwardness in the concept of cultural resource integration are the subjective reasons for the inaccurate supply of rural public cultural services.To this end,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of accurately dividing the responsibilities of supply entities,accurately identifying the differentiated cultural needs of farmers,accurately managing the process of rural public cultural services,accurately evaluating the supply of rural public cultural services,and accurately integrating rural public cultural resources,so as to provide high-quality public cultural services for rural areas in a scientific and effective manner,promote rural public cultural services in China with high quality,and promote the revitalization of rural culture.
