Research On The Precise Supply Of Rural Public Cultural Services In Macheng City In The New Era

Cultural construction is an important part of the "five in one" modernization.To build a well-off society in an all-round way and constantly meet the growing spiritual and cultural needs of the people,we must do a good job in cultural construction.Rural public cultural service is the foundation of rural cultural construction.To do a good job in rural public cultural service plays an irreplaceable role in the prosperity of rural culture,the construction of harmonious rural areas,the promotion of rural economic transformation and development,and the promotion of Rural Revitalization.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that when socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the main contradiction in our society is the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.It has become a very important task to actively comply with the needs and expectations of the masses of farmers,constantly create conditions to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses of farmers,and enrich their cultural life.Public culture is an important part of farmers' cultural consumption.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to deeply analyze the problems existing in the supply of rural public cultural services,find out the reasons,and put forward practical development suggestions.This paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis to analyze the demand and supply of rural public cultural services in Macheng City.We find that there are many problems in the accurate supply of rural public cultural services,such as insufficient supply and investment,unbalanced structure,insufficient participation of farmers in decision-making,weak talent team of public cultural services,and low efficiency of public cultural services.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward some suggestions,such as increasing financial investment,strengthening the construction of talent team,building the performance management mechanism of rural public cultural services,and strengthening the emphasis on the cultural needs of farmers.
