Research On Operation And Management Of Dapingdiao Opera Troupe In Peony District Heze City

As one of the 1,524 state-run opera troupes in China,Dapingdiao Opera Troupe shoulders the historical responsibility of protecting and inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese cultural heritage on the one hand,and is limited to the dilemma of survival and reform on the other hand.Based on field investigation and first-hand data,this paper analyzes the operation and management of Dapingdiao Opera Troupe in peony District,Heze City.First the geography,the humanities environment were summarized,and combed the from traditional to intangible certification of modern theater troupe of historical development,through the art of management basic theory as the analysis tool to its artistic value,social function,organization structure,human resources,economic operation,marketing and other aspects to explore its own management style and characteristics,in the end,Combined with the current social environment and traditional opera reform and innovation policy to summarize the future direction of the development of the troupe.This paper holds that protecting the cultural ecological environment of dapingdiao,developing modern excellent cultural resources and establishing a long-term mechanism for cultivating talents are important channels to improve the marketization operation level of the opera troupe and accelerate the modernization development of state-owned opera troupe.Through the analysis and summary,it is hoped to provide development ideas for the operation of small opera troupes in other places and provide reference for the inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage.
