| As one of the resplendent pearls in Chinese civilization,Ancient Chinese Bronze Inscriptions contains pictographic wisdom of ancient ancestors,and shows artistic beauty of brushwork morphology.It continues the primitive simplicity style of Oracle and inspires the Chinese characters like small-seal style character as well as official script.It is of great value in art,history as well as culture,but it is rarely known by people.In view of this,Ancient Chinese Bronze Inscriptions was as the research object in the design research.Based on previous literature study,the author has a comprehensive understanding of the origin,development and evolution of the Ancient Chinese Bronze Inscriptions,the methods of character making and the current status of inheritance.On the basis of this,the author analyzes and summarizes the visual design features of Bronze Inscriptions,such as typeface,image,narrative and sensory multi-dimension.Through the investigation and analysis of the status of the visual design practice for Bronze Inscriptions,the transformation and application of Bronze Inscriptions in the visual design are realized,which provides a certain reference for the subsequent innovation and practice of Ancient Chinese Bronze Inscriptions design.Finally,through preliminary research and investigation,it is found that the fundamental reason for the difficulty in spreading,popularizing and inheriting of Bronze Inscriptions is the huge difference between Bronze Inscriptions and modern characters in morphology and meaning,which makes it difficult to recognize Bronze Inscriptions and loses its function in daily life.Therefore,from the perspective of visual research,the study will further focus on solving the cognitive problems of Ancient Chinese Bronze Inscriptions,and take it as the core to seek the feasible strategies for the dissemination and promotion of Bronze Inscriptions by modern visual design.Based on the cognitive gap between the Bronze Inscriptions and present Chinese characters,in order to reduce the reading threshold of Bronze Inscriptions,dissolve the gap between modern audiences and Bronze Inscriptions as the design core,re-examine visual design features of Bronze Inscriptions,and build up "From Perception to Resonance " Ancient Chinese Bronze Inscriptions visual design strategy from the triple structure perspective of its form,content and medium of Bronze Inscriptions.It also carries out practical test and revision in the way of design experiment,and explores the feasible path for the dissemination and promotion of Bronze Inscriptions in the way of modern visual design from the perspective of media convergence.It is aims to stimulate the development and inheritance vitality of Ancient Chinese Bronze Inscriptions by means of visual design,in order to convey the beauty of ancient Oriental characters and carry forward traditional culture. |
