Classroom management is an important element to protect the classroom.In the classroom of Chinese as a second language teaching,how to carry out effective classroom management for Chinese learners with diverse cultural backgrounds is an important issue for Chinese teachers.In online Chinese teaching for children,classroom management is a big challenge under the objective condition that learners are younger.With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,the number of Chinese learners is increasing and becoming younger and younger.In addition,the online teaching model generated by the global COVID-19 pandemic also makes it necessary to study the classroom management of online Chinese teaching for children.This paper takes wukong Chinese "platform as the research object,takes online children’s Chinese private education classroom management as the breakthrough point,and presents classroom management problems encountered in online children’s Chinese private education through classroom observation and case analysis.Finally,from the perspective of children’s learning subjects,online teaching characteristics and teacher factors,this paper provides relatively practical suggestions for online children’s private education classroom management,hoping to play a supplementary role in the study of online children’s Chinese classroom management.This paper is divided into the following parts:The introduction part elaborates the reasons for the topic selection,and then analyzes the significance of the topic from the theoretical and practical aspects,and combs the classroom management from four aspects: TCSL classroom management,online Chinese classroom management,children’s Chinese classroom management,and Chinese private classroom management.Then it introduces the research ideas and methods of this paper.After this,it also defines the related concepts of children’s Chinese classroom management.The first chapter mainly introduces the basic situation of "Wukong Chinese",including the curriculum,teaching materials,teachers and students.This paper mainly introduces the curriculum and teaching characteristics of wukong Chinese.Chapter two and Chapter three are the main part of this paper.In chapter 2,24 typical classroom management cases are sorted out by observing 40 teaching videos,and classified and analyzed from five aspects: teaching management,teacher management,student management,environmental management and non-preset events.Chapter three summarizes and supplements classroom management problems encountered in online children’s private education on the basis of case analysis in Chapter two,and makes subjective and objective attributions to these problems from teachers,students,teaching platform,teaching environment and other aspects.The fourth chapter is the online children’s personal training classroom management problems from the aspects of teachers,institutions and training schools to provide some Suggestions,but because of teacher characteristics,children’s individual differences,the language and the objectivity of online teaching methods such as the various reasons,its solution cannot be unified,still need to teacher’s personal teaching wit "tailored".In the last part,the conclusion summarizes the research results of this paper,emphasizes once again the significance of online children’s private education classroom management in Chinese promotion,and points out the shortcomings of this research in terms of information sources and analysis limited by subjective and objective factors. |
