Chinese classroom management is an important part of classroom teaching,which directly affects the effect of classroom teaching.Since the outbreak of the new coronavirus epidemic,more and more overseas Chinese learners have chosen to learn Chinese online.Online teaching has become one of the main forms of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,which poses a great challenge to the classroom management of Chinese teachers.Taking Wukong Chinese platform as an example,this paper studies the online one-to-one Chinese classroom management of overseas Chinese children on the platform through classroom observation,questionnaire survey,case analysis and teacher interview,summarizes the common classroom management problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,from the different subjects of classroom management,put forward targeted Chinese classroom management recommendations.This thesis consists of the following seven parts.The introduction part introduces the reasons,research status,research significance,research content and research methods of this paper.The first chapter gives a theoretical overview of Chinese classroom management.First,it clarifies the concepts related to classroom management.The second is to analyze the specific content of Chinese classroom management.Thirdly,it expounds the theoretical basis of the research basis of this paper.The second chapter introduces the basic situation of Wukong Chinese platform,including the development status,curriculum system,teachers,teaching process and teaching characteristics,which focuses on the teaching characteristics of the platform.The third chapter summarizes the online one-to-one Chinese classroom management of overseas Chinese children on Wukong Chinese platform through classroom observation,questionnaire survey and teacher interview,and summarizes the problems of Chinese classroom management from four aspects :classroom time management,classroom environment management,classroom discipline management and classroom interpersonal relationship management.The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the problems of Chinese classroom management from the aspects of teachers,students,environment,teaching platform and cultural differences.In terms of teachers,there are several factors such as teaching ability,classroom management ability,teaching attitude and personal charm.In terms of students,there are several factors such as age,learning motivation and personality characteristics.Environmental factors can be divided into physical environment and psychological environment.In addition,cultural factors,limitations of online teaching,curriculum arrangement and parents ’ education methods will also have an impact on classroom management.The fifth chapter puts forward suggestions for effective Chinese classroom management from the four different subjects of teachers,students,parents and platforms.Chinese teachers must improve their teaching ability and classroom management ability,create a harmonious Chinese classroom atmosphere,so as to build a good teacher-student relationship.Students should improve their selfcontrol and develop good learning habits;strengthen learning motivation and cultivate interest in Chinese.The platform should optimize teaching resources and strengthen thematic training for teachers.Parents should cooperate with teachers ’ teaching work to help children develop good learning habits and cultivate their interest in Chinese.The conclusion part summarizes the research of this paper,and points out the research value and shortcomings.
