| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction on cardiac neurosis(Yin deficiency and fire growth type),and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of cardiac neurosis combined with acupuncture and medicine. Methods:In this study,60 patients with cardiac neurosis who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the Department of Cardiology Outpatient Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to September 2022.The clinical trial method of scientific randomized control group was adopted, and SPSS statistical software was used to obtain a random number table. The 60 patients collected in this study were randomly divided into treatment group(acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine)30 cases and control group(simple traditional Chinese medicine)30 cases. In the treatment group, acupuncture was added to Huanglian Ejiao Decoction, which was composed of Huanglian Ejiao Decoction: Huanglian 12 g,Huangqin 6g,Paishao 6g,Jizihuang 2,ejiao 9g;Acupuncture prescriptions are: Shenmen,Xinshu,Shenshu,Taixi.TCM prescriptions are uniformly prepared by the Tianyao Room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each dose is 200 ml,one dose per day, divided into morning and evening, and a sterile egg yolk is added into the liquid at 80℃ each time.Abstain from spicy and irritating food during medication. After 5 days of medication, rest for 2 days,7days as a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment. The acupuncture operation was performed once a day for 20 minutes each time. After 5 days of treatment,2 days of rest were taken as a course of treatment.A total of 4 courses of treatment were performed on 7 days. The levels of TCM syndrome efficacy rating Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and norepinephrine(NE)were measured before and after treatment in all the above cases.Improvement in cardiac neurosis was quantified based on the above scale and changes in norepinephrine(NE)levels.Results:1.There were no statistical differences in age, gender and course of disease among the patients included in this clinical study(P > 0.05).2.HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and after treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.There was no statistical significance in the total score and single score of TCM syndromes between the two groups before treatment(p > 0.05).After treatment, the total score and single score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.01),and the total score and single score of TCM syndromes before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05).In the control group, there was no significant change in tinnitus symptoms before and after treatment(p > 0.05),and the other symptoms were significantly improved(p < 0.01).4.There was significant difference in NE level between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01),and there was statistical significance before and after treatment in the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The combination of acupuncture and medicine therapy and the simple use of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions are effective in improving the degree of depression, anxiety,TCM syndrome score and TCM single syndrome score of patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourish type cardiac neurosis. But in the control group, tinnitus symptoms of single TCM syndrome did not improve significantly.2.Acupuncture at both Xinshu,Shenshu,Shenmen and Taixi points combined with Huanglian Ejiao Decoction in the treatment of Yin deficiency and huowang cardiac neurosis was significantly superior to the control group in improving TCM syndrome, anxiety state, depression state and norepinephrine level.3.Acupuncture is effective in treating cardiac neurosis and has certain value for clinical promotion. |
