| Objective: To observe cardiac neurosis with the Qi depression transforming into fire type's the integral changes of score of TCM symptoms,somatization self-assessment scale and Hamilto n anxiety scale before and after treatment,to clarify the clinical efficacy of th e Modified C haihu and Longgu Muli decotion.Methods: For patients who visited the clinic of Professor Zhou Yabin from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang Universi ty of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to September 2018.Forty-six patients who met the inclusion criteria were compared before and after treatment.All the selected patients were treated with The Modified Chaihu Longgu Muli decotion 300 m l,4 weeks for a course of treatment,followed up for 2 weeks.The changes of TCM symptom score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAM A)and Somatic Self-Assessment Scale(SSS)score were recorded at the beginning,the second week and the fourth week,respectively.The re sults were analyzed using SPSS19.0 statistical software to Evaluate the clinical efficacy of the decotion.Results:1 After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.01),The total effective rate was 80.43%.2 After treatment,the scores of cardiac somatic self-rating scale(SSS)were significantly lower than that before treatment(P <0.05),The total effective rate was 78.26%.3 After treatment,the scor es of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were significantly lower than that before treatment(P <0.05),The total effective rate after treatment indicated was 84.78%.Conclusion:1 Using The Modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli decotion to treat Qi depression transfo rming into fire type cardiac neurosis can obviously relief the clinical symptoms and it can effectively reduce the TCM symptom score.2 The Modified Chaihu Longgu Muli decotion can effectively reduce the score of self-rating scale of heart aromatic symptom s and the Hamilton anxiety scale on Cardiac Neurosis of Qi d epression transforming into fire type. |
