Treatment Of Yin Deficiency Fire With Lilium Soup Clinical Observation Of Cardiac Neurosis

Objective: to observe the bushing lily soup treatment the clinical curative effect of Yin deficiency type fire cardiac neurosis,by comparison with clinical observation,further defined the lily bushing soup treatment of Yin deficiency type fire cardiac neurosis effect and the safety of clinical application.Methods: 72 patients who met the screening criteria were included in this clinical observation.All patients were from the outpatient department of the affiliated hospital of changchun university of Chinese medicine.Will be included in the standard of 72 patients were randomized method(in a 1:1 ratio)is divided into two groups,two groups of equal number of cases,the treatment group give lily bushing soup(zizyphus jujube kernel,platycladi seed,Chinese angelica,radix asparagi,radix ophiopogonis,radix rehmanniae,ginseng,red sage root,figwort root,tuckahoe,fructus schisandrae,polygala meat,platycodon grandiflorum,lily,rhizoma anemarrhenae),2 times a day,every time1 agent.Succinic metoprolol sustained release tablets with a daily dose of47.5mg(1 tablet).The control group was given a sustained release of mtrol succinate,with a dose of 47.5mg(1 tablet)per day.The two groups were the same for 4 weeks.To observe the efficacy and safety of drugs during treatment.Results :(1)the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was 88.9% and77.8% in the treatment group and the control group.(2)two groups of patients after treatment of TCM syndrome total integral compared before treatment were significantly lower,by the comparison in the group was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the comparison between the two group patients after treatment groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting the lily bushing soup and succinic acid metoprolol zyban can improve symptoms,and treatment group bushing lily soup joint succinate metoprolol zyban in alleviating Yin deficiency type fire symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis is better than that in control group succinate metoprolol zyban.Conclusion: from the data shows that treatment with lily bushing soup Yin deficiency type fire no adverse reactions occurred during cardiac neurosis,proved clinically used his own can effectively alleviate and improve the patient's symptoms,improve patient's quality of life,and safe,no side effects.Through clinical observation,it also proves the superiority of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,and provides a safe,feasible and effective method for the treatment of patients with Yin deficiency fire-type cardiac neurosis.
