Clinical Observation Of Xinnaotongluoye In Treating Cardiac Neurosis(Qi-deficiency And Blood-stasis)

Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of XinNaoTongLuoYe in treating Cardiac Neurosis classified as qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.Methods:The study included select 40 patients who have met the screening criteria and were also hospitalized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine due to cardiac neurosis classified as qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.The enrolled patients were given 20ml of XinNaoTongLuoYe,3 times daily for 28 days.Recorded before and treatment TCM syndrome score,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),adverse events,and so on.Results using SPSS 19.0 statistical software analysis.Results:1.The accumulated TCM symptom scores after receiving treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment,giving statistical significance to the study(P<0.01).2.The accumulated the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)after receiving treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment,giving statistical significance to the study(P<0.01).3.Course of treatment in patients with no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.XinNaoTongLuoYe can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis integration,improve clinical symptoms in patients with cardiac neurosis.2.XinNaoTongLuoYe can effectively reduce heart patients with cardiac neurosis Hamilton anxiety scale score and Hamilton depression scale score.
