Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of The Addition And Reduction Of Tianwang Buxin Dan In The Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis(Yin Deficiency And Fire Prosperity)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the addition and reduction of Tianwang Buxin Dan in the treatment of cardiac neurosis(Yin deficiency and fire flourishing).Methods: Choose between December 2018 and December 2019,heilongjiang university of Chinese medicine the first affiliated hospital of cardiovascular disease second branch clinic on 53 patients with cardiac neurosis(Yin deficiency fire),are giving Jackson bushing Dan and subtract oral treatment,treatment of 4 weeks,before and after treatment of self-reflection methods,integral table syndromes was observed before and after treatment,heart rate,cardiac neurosis somatization symptom self-assessment scale(SSS),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),and using SPSS22.0 statistical software analysis results.Results:1.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome was 80%,and the TCM syndrome score of patients after treatment significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.2.Patients' heart rate was significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3.The total effective rate of mental health status was 80%,and the score of SSS was lower after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.4.The total effective rate of anxiety state was 84%,and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.5.The total response rate of depressive state was 82%,and the score of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)was lower after treatment than before treatment(p<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The addition and reduction of Tianwang Buxin Dan can effectively improve the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing cardiac neurosis.2.The addition and reduction of Tianwang Buxin Dan can effectively slow down the heart rate of patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing cardiac neurosis.3.The addition and reduction of Tianwang Buxin Dan can effectively improve the mental health status of patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing cardiac neurosis.4.The addition and reduction of Tianwang Buxin Dan can effectively improve the anxiety state of patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing cardiac neurosis.5.The addition and reduction of Tianwang Buxin Dan can effectively improve the depression of patients with Yin deficiency and fire flourishing cardiac neurosis.
