| Objective:This study adopts a data mining technology to provide reference and guidance for modern Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis in children with blood heat syndromeby combing and summarizing the clinical medication characteristics of Professor Duan Xingwu’s internal treatment of psoriasis in children with Chinese medicine,so that more patients can benefit from the treatment of Chinese medicine.Methods:Through collecting and combing the prescriptions of Professor Duan Xingwu in clinical treating psoriasis in children,the effective cases and prescriptions are selected.By taking use of Microsoft Excel2013,the prescription data information is established,including the age,sex,frequency of taking medicine,four natures drugs,five flavors,channel tropism and effectiveness.IBM SPSS Modeler 18 is adopted to carry out association rule analysis on Chinese medicine.And SPSS 26.0 is the most frequently used to carry out cluster analysis on the Chinese medicine.Results:This study enrolls 45 cases and 448 prescriptions in total that meeting the study standard.After the statistics and analysis on the data,it is found that there are 20 men and 25 women,of whom the age is between 3-17 years old.Among them,8 cases are aged at 3-6,and 37 cases aged at 7-17.From the statistics on the situation of taking medicine,it can be obtained that the common medicine used by Professor Duan Xingwu in treating patients aged at 3-6 has honeysuckle flower,rehmanniae radix,licorice,sophora,hawthorn,peony bark,scutellaria,white paeony root,chickens gizzard and rhizoma imperatae,and that of patients aged at 7-17 has sophora,rehmanniae radix,scutellaria root,licorice,peony bark,madder,white paeony root,red-rooted salvia,figwort,honeysuckle flower,etc.hawthorn,chickens gizzard and rhizoma imperatae are the most frequently used medicine in the age group of 3-6.And madder,red-rooted salvia and figwort are the mostly used in the group of 7-17 years old,and their channel tropism of medicine is mostly belonged to the liver,lung,stomach,spleen,heart,and kidney,especially the liver.While the channel tropism of medicine in the group of 3-6 years old is mostly belonged to liver,lung and stomach.Among the five flavors of Chinese medicine,bitter drugs are the most common,and sweet,bitter,and spicy are the three according to the using frequency among the 3-6 years old group.The majority of the drugs have properties.IBM SPSS Modeler 18 is used to analyse association rules for Chinese medicines by age groups.The 3-6 years group contains 63 prescriptions and 62 Chinese medicines,and the analysis is carried out by setting a minimum support level of 50%and a minimum confidence level of 80%,resulting in a total of 149 rules.There are 17 drug association rules with 50%support and 90%or more confidence level,including two with 100%confidence level,which respectively are rehmanniae radix-scutellaria root-peony bark and rehmanniae radix-peony bark-licorice.Strongly associated medicine pairs includes:rehmanniae radix-licorice,honeysuckle flower-hawthorn,honeysuckle flower-chickens gizzard,etc.Based on the analysis on association rules of 141 Chinese medicines of 385 prescriptions for the 7-17 years old group,there are 29 rules generated by setting the minimum support level of 10%and a minimum confidence level of 80%.There are 18 medicine association rules with 10%support and 90%or more confidence level.sophoramadder,rehmanniae radix-peony bark,rehmanniae radix-peony bark-sophora are the common medicine combination.Strongly associated medicine pairs includes:sophora-rehmanniae radix,sophora-scutellaria,rehmanniae radix-scutellaria,etc.Through cluster method,the core combination of medicine has 9 groups:A1 hawthorn,chickens gizzard,honeysuckle and atractylodes macrocephala;A2 rehmannia glutinosa,peony bark,scutellaria,liquorice and paeonia.A3 hedyotis diffusa willd,Indian strawberry A4 sophora flower,glabrous greenbrier,A5 radix scrophulariae,radix isatidis,rhizoma baimao,A6 salvia miltiorrhiza,honeysuckle,ghost arrow feather A7 platycladus orientalis leaves,patchouli A8 cicada molt,fresh white skin,purple grass A9 madder,forsythia,paeonia lactiflora.Conclusion:Professor Duan Xingwu treated psoriasis in children according to the physiological characteristics of "Infantile yin and infantile yang" and delicate zang-fu organs.Professor Duan Xingwu takes the principle of cooling blood and detoxicating as the basic therapeutic principle for childhood psoriasis,and makes good use of the medicines entering blood,such as rehmanniae radix,peony bark,figwort,sophora,madder,red-rooted salvia,etc.Rehmannia glutinosa-paeonia suffruticosa is Professor Duan Xingwu’s medicine pair for cooling blood and promoting blood circulation.Professor Duan Xingwu paid attention to the protection of stomach yang when using antipyretic drugs,and combined with hawthorn,chicken inner gold and white grass root to strengthen the spleen and stomach,and pay attention to the protection of liver and kidney function.In addition,Professor Duan Xingwu in the play of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the characteristics of treatment,learn from the results of modern pharmacological research to select drugs. |
