Based On Data Mining, Professor Duan Xingwu's Medication Rule For Acne Treatment

Objective:By using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,this study analyzes and sums up professor duan xingwu's treatment ideas and academic thoughts of acne treatment,in order to provide more reference for clinical acne treatmentMethods:From December 2018 to December 2019,the cases of acne patients who were treated by the outpatient department of dermatology of professor duan xingwu and issued traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were collected.The collected information was recorded into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system.And we use the system platform to carry out data mining such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and mutual information method and entropy clustering analysis.Then,combined with the duan xingwu interviews,we use the mining method of "man-machine combination,mainly experts" to comprehensively summarize teacher duan xingwu's treatment ideas and academic thoughts on acne.Results:In this study,105 patients and 210 prescriptions were included.After entering the data into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,we found that the number of male and female patients in this study was 8:13,and the majority of acne patients were women.The age of the patients ranged from 10 to 53 years old and the most common acne patients were those who after puberty.In this study,most of the acne patients had clear inducing or aggravating factors,and emotional factors are the most common causes.Through the statistics of the use of drugs,it can be obtained that professor duan xingwu's commonly used drugs for the treatment of acne are:hawthorn,angelica dahurica radix,scutellariae radix,loquat leaf,tougucao,dandelion,mori cortex,coicis semen,platycladus orientails,rhapontici radix etc.Most of the drug channels are stomach,lung,liver and spleen.The five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and spicy.The Medicine's nature of most of the traditional Chinese medicines used are cold.When the degree of support was 84 and the degree of confidence was 0.9,the common drug pairs were angelica dahurica radix and hawthorn,scutellariae radix and hawthorn,angelica dahurica radix and scutellariae radix,hawthorn and loquat leaf,angelica dahurica radix and loquat leaf,hawthorn and tougucao,etc.Among them,hawthorn,angelica dahurica radix,scutellariae radix,loquat leaf,tougucao,dandelion,mori cortex,coicis semen,platycladus orientails as the core of the law of drug use.Hawthorn are the most common drugs which mostly combinated with other traditional Chinese medicine.Chickens gizzard-membrane often appears with hawthorn as a fixed combination.Through data mining by complex entropy clustering method,it can be obtained that there are a total of 10 groups of drug core combinations and 5 new prescriptions.The specific composition of the new prescription is 1:loquat leaf,white peony root,chickens gizzard-membrane,peony skin;2:sand kernel,tangerine peel,Perilla stem,forsythia,prunella vulgaris L;3:tougucao,pinellia,platycladus orientails,ginger;4:semen cassia,polygoni cuspidati rhizoma et Radix,aurantia fructus immaturus,trichosanthis;5:pogostemon cablin,artemisia capillaris,qiancao,angelica dahurica radix,olibanum.Conclusion:Professor duan xingwu believes that the basic pathogenesis of acne is heat sore with pattern of heat exuberance in lung and stomach.The location of acne is mainly in the lungs and stomach,and closely related to the liver and kidney.And professor duan particularly stressed the importance of the liver in women with acne and the importance of the kidneys in post-adolescent acne.Factors such as mood,sleep,diet and female menstruation are important factors affecting acne.In clinical practice,professor duan xingwu emphasized the combination of the local syndrome differentiation of acne skin lesions and the overall syndrome differentiation of the body.The main points of the local syndrome differentiation of skin lesions were the type,color and distribution of skin lesions.The main points of the overall syndrome differentiation of the body include the patients' facial oil production,defecation,women's menstruation,tongue and pulse.In terms of treatment,clearing lung and stomach heat is the basic treatment principle of acne.Professor duan xingwu often used scutellariae radix,loquat leaf,dandelion and mori cortex to clear the heat and purge the fire.The two groups of angelica dahurica radix and scutellariae radix,scutellariae radix and loquat leaf were the common drugs to clear lung and stomach heat.Professor duan often uses danzhi xiaoyao powder to soothe the liver and cleanse the liver,and erzhi pills to nourish the liver and kidney.
