Objective:This research topic uses data mining technology to study the medical records of Professor Duan Xingwu in the treatment of scleroderma.From analysis of the results,this paper studies the medication rule of Professor Duan in treating scleroderma based on disease differentiation.This topic is aimed at providing reference for treatment of scleroderma with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:Medical records of scleroderma patients who visited Professor Duan Xingwu's clinic in Dongzhimen Hospital from January 1,2010 to April 30,2019 were collected.ECXEL was used to clean the data,and the processed data was input into the "traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5)" system.Through the calculation of the corresponding algorithm,the frequency,association rules and prescription rules of the data are mined.SPSS24.0 software was used to analyze the data.Combined with Professor Duan's clinical experience,using the mode of man-machine combination and expert oriented,the medication rules of Professor Duan in the treatment of scleroderma were comprehensively summarized.Results:A total of 65 patients with scleroderma and 429 prescriptions were included in this study.The gender,age,syndrome type and other basic information of patients were analyzed.The results showed that the ratio of male to female in 65 patients was about 1:3.The age mainly concentrated in 20-60 years old,with 30-40 years old most.The frequency of 429 prescriptions was statistically analyzed.The ten drugs with the highest frequency were Ramulus Cinnamomi,Salvia Root,Large gentian,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Curcumae,Herba Siegesbeckiae,Radix Angelica sinensis,Caulis Spatholobi,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae.The most commonly used drugs are warm,followed by cold and mild,while cold and hot drugs are rarely used.The bitter taste of drugs is the most,followed by sweet and pungent,astringent drugs and light drugs are less used.Most of drugs belong to liver meridian,followed by spleen meridian and lung meridian.Hierarchical cluster analysis was carried out on three syndrome types of wind-damp obstruction syndrome,pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis,and spleen-kidney deficiency pattern.The frequency of use,property,taste and meridian tropism of drugs used in each syndrome type were statistically analyzed.According to the results,the statistical differences exist in the drug properties of the drugs used in different syndrome types,while the taste and the return of the drugs are not.The confidence was set to 0.9,and the support was gradually increased from 20%to 50%.The medication rule of each syndrome type was gradually clear with the improvement of support.When the support was 50%,the core drug combination of each syndrome type included Ramulus Cinnamomi and Salvia Root.When the support dropped to 20%,Duhuo,Herba Hedyotis,Herba Lycopodii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Herba Siegesbeckiae,Cortex Eucommiae,Radix Angelica sinensis,Radix Scutellariae,Rhizoma Bistortae,Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix Bupleuri,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Caulis Spatholobi and other drugs appeared in the core combination of the three syndromes at the same time.The difference is that the drug combination of wind-damp obstruction syndrome includes Radix Saposhnikoviae,Dilong,Caulis Lonicerae,Achyranthis Bidentatac Radix and Ramulus Taxilli.The drug combination of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and spleen-kidney deficiency pattern included Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Jineijin,Herba Pogostemonis and Poria.It can be seen that Professor Duan pays attention to the treatment of collaterals in the treatment of scleroderma.In the selection of certain drugs to treat the disease at the same time,according to the different syndrome type,choose different drugs to dredge the disease collaterals.By calculating the association rules between drugs,the rules that appear in 63 kinds of three syndrome types are obtained,including"Radix Paeoniae Alba,Ramulus Cinnamomi","Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Rhizoma Curcumae","Salvia Root,Ramulus Cinnamomi"and so on.Then,by analyzing the association rules that only appear in one type of syndrome,it was found that "Salvia Root,Duhuo" only appeared in wind-damp obstruction syndrome." Salvia Root,Radix Astragali and Ramulus Cinnamomi" only appeared in qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome."Jineijin,Radix Paeoniae Alba" only appeared in spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome.Through the complex entropy clustering algorithm,some new alternative prescriptions are evolved.There are two new prescriptions for wind-damp obstruction syndrome.The first is Rhizoma Bistortae-Herba Hedyotis-Herba S i egesbeckiae-Dilong.The second is Herba Ephedrae-Semen Sinapis Albae-Radix Clematidis-Caulis Spatholobi-Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii.The pattern of qi stagnation and blood stasis is Radix Angelica sinensis-Radix Rehmanniae-Cortex Moutan-Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae-Radix Bupleuri.The syndrome of spleen-kidney deficiency is Ramulus Taxilli-Cortex Eucommiae-Poria-Radix Astragali-Dilong.Conclusion:Through data mining,the medication rule of Professor Duan in the treatment of localized scleroderma was preliminarily explored.It is concluded that Professor Duan's commonly used drugs,the combination of two drugs,the core drug combination and some new prescriptions.At the same time,the similarities and differences of medication rules of different syndrome types were found.However,the mechanism of action and clinical efficacy of the new prescriptions calculated by the algorithm are not clear,and further research is needed to evaluate.
