Objective: To use the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(v2.5)to carry out statistical analysis on the prescriptions used to treat gluttony in the existing books written by four representatives of Yishui School,Zhang Yuansu,Li Dongyuan,Wang Haogu and Luo Tianyi,to study and excavate The theories and laws of the four persons of Yishui School of Medicine in the treatment of abdominal distention and fullness are expected to be beneficial to the treatment of abdominal distention and fullness by modern Chinese medicine and provide better clinical significance.Methods: In this study,Zhang Yuansu,Li Dongyuan,Wang Haogu,and Luo Tianyi were selected for this study.All of them belonged to the Yishui School of Medicine,and they had a clear teacher-inheriting relationship.The purpose was to reflect the Yishui School academic more truly Thoughts as they are.Therefore,for the data sample,we selected 12 widely circulated works by these four physicians,and sorted out all the prescriptions for treating abdominal distention and fullness from the works,and obtained 222 related prescriptions that met the entry standards.After that,the data will be counted in the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System v2.5",and statistical analysis will be carried out to analyze the frequency of drugs,the four qi,the five flavors,the meridians,the commonly used drug pairs,the prescription rules and the new prescriptions.Analyze the content and explore the clinical medication rules of the four persons of Yishui School for treating abdominal distention and fullness.Results: 1.After sorting and screening the books written by the above four persons of Yishui School,a total of 222 prescriptions for treating abdominal distention and fullness were finally obtained,involving 191 traditional Chinese medicines.2.The drugs with a frequency of administration ≥10 times are,in descending order,Zhigancao,Chenpi,Baizhu,Renseng,Banxia Shengjiang,Muxiang,Fuling,Danggui,Zhishi,Ganjiang,Huanglian,Houpo,Huangqin,Chaihu,Qingpi,Dahuang,Rougui,Shenqu,Shengma,Huangqi,Zexie,Dazao,Huangbai,Binglang,Sanleng,Fuzi,Baishao,Caodoukou Ezhu,Sharen,Badoushuang,Cangzhu,Wuzhuyu,Yizhiren,Jiegeng,Gegen,Chuanxiong,Qianniuzi,Zhuling,Dingxiang,Honghua,Zhimu,Guizhi,Zhusha.3.Classifying high-frequency drugs,the results show that the most frequently used drugs are tonic drugs,accounting for 26.51%;the second is Qi-regulating drugs,accounting for 15.75%;the third is anti-surface drugs,accounting for 10.09%;4.The results of drug properties,flavor and meridian return showed that the highest usage rate of warm drugs was 975 times,followed by 381 times of cold drugs,and 150 times of flat drugs.The number of hot medicines was 128 times,and the use rate of cold medicines was the least,which was 20 times;the medicines were mainly acrid,bitter,and sweet;Liver,kidney,gallbladder,bladder,triple burner,small intestine,pericardium.5.Obtained 12 groups of commonly used drug pairs in the four persons of Yishui School for treating abdominal distention and fullness through the function of "prescription rule analysis".6.Based on the unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering algorithm,20 core combinations and 10 new squares are obtained.Conclusion: From the research results,it can be seen that the basic principles of the four persons of Yishui School in treating abdominal distention and fullness are regulating qi and eliminating dampness;fundamentally benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen;being good at promoting clear yang;Flexible use of blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines to treat fullness.
