Discussion On Luo Tianyi's Academic Thoughts Based On The Yishui School

Purpose:Zhang Yuansu,Li Dongyuan,Wang Haogu and Luo Tianyi are the representative doctors of the Yishui school in its early development.Among them,Luo Tianyi is the backbone of the Yishui school inheriting the theory of Zhang Yuansu and Li Dongyuan,and starting the school of warming and invigrating in Ming and Qing dynasties.However,at present,there is a lack of in-depth and overall discussion on Luo Tianyi.Therefore,this study is based on the academic characteristics of Luo Tianyi and his contribution to the academic formation and development of the whole Yishui school,so as to systematically and comprehensively study the Yishui school.It not only makes clear the development process of the Yishui school under the background of the jin and yuan dynasties,but also grasps the influence of the academic thoughts of the yi shui school on the academic inheritance of subsequent schools.Methods:This paper mainly studies the literature.Firstly,based on historical records or related literatures,the development of Chinese medicine theory is clarified.At the same time,combined with historical background,the relationship between the development process of Chinese medicine theory and historical evolution is found out.The Jinyuan period is the main stage,which analyzes the historical and cultural background of Luo Tianyi's dynasty and deepens the understanding of Luo Tianyi's academic thought formation process.Secondly,the paper studies the literature such as the works of Zhang Yuansu,Li Dongyuan,Wang Haogu,and Luo Tianyi learned from the doctors of the Yishui school,the existing works of Xue Ji,Zhao Xianke,Li Zhongzi,Zhang Jiibin and other representative doctors of Private'Yishui,as well as other related literature,takes the rules and methods of treatment,the rules of prescription as the index,analyzes and explains the academic characteristics of Luo Tianyi in detail,perfecting the existing academic thoughts on Luo Tianyi's perspective of Yishui School.And then according to analyzing the academic thoughts of other medical practitioners in the Yi-shui school of thought,this paper summarizes the development direction of the school of change of water,understands the important role played by Luo Tianyi in the development of academic thought of the school of change of water,and clarifies the contribution of Luo Tianyi to the school of change of water.Results:Zhang Yuansu was the originator of the Yishui school.He carried forward the syndrome and pathogenesis of zang-fu deficiency and excess cold and heat,and laid the foundation for zang-fu differentiation.He pioneered the doctrine of the rise and fall of medicine,the doctrine of the return of the meridians,the doctrine of the introduction of the meridians,the doctrine of the five elements,and the doctrine of nourishing the mother and reducing the child.He thought that the current treatment can not be applied to the ancient prescription,so use less ancient prescription.Li Dongyuan spread to Zhang's only heavy spleen and stomach,as the representative of "invigrating the earth",the first internal injury syndrome differentiation,treatment more to warm the spleen and stomach.Wang HaoGu learned from two doctors,Zhang Yuansu and Li Dongyuan,and based on the theory of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu and the theory of zang-fu internal injury,especially emphasized the analysis of etiology and pathogenesis of Yin syndrome and syndrome differentiation and treatment,and proposed that"three Yin can be supplemented"."Health Treasure Jian" is Luo Tianyi's only remaining works.The book consists of 24 volumes,which are divided into four parts,namely,misdiagnosis of medicine,collection of famous prescriptions,legal image of medicine and record of medical experience,completely reflecting Luo Tianyi's academic thoughts.Reference classic,combined with the basis,analyze the pathogenesis,collecting the ancient inspection by the parties,and Luo Tianyi square,the method of drug class as part of most of the quotations from Zhang Yuansu"medicine qi source ",clearly reflects the traces of Yishui school,than Zhang Yuansu,Li Dongheng,Luo Tianyi features more obvious.On the basis of the theory of Zhang Yuansu,Li Gao and other doctors,Xue Ji,Private School Yishui,took all advantages of them,and developed paying attention to the spleen and stomach to paying attention to warming the life and kidney.Zhao Xianke,who was taught by Xue Ji and Li Dongyuan,was also considered to be Private School Yishui,taking the place between the kidneys is the gate of life,which enriched the theory of"life-gate theory" and created the theory of kidney-water-life-fire.On the basis of the Yishui school emphasizing spleen and stomach,Li Zhongzi focused on the theory that both before and after were important,no matter the treatment regardless of deficiency and excess,all should be from the spleen and kidney.Zhang Jiebin revered Li Dongyuan,Xue Ji's theory of warming and invograting,giving full play to the theory of yin and yang,seeking yin in yang,seeking yang in yin,warming and nourishing blood.Conclusion:First,after the death of Li Dongyuan,Luo Tianyi was responsible for sorting out and publishing the unfinished works of his teacher,and made great contributions to the dissemination of Dongyuan's learning,which enabled his works to be spread and played an important role in the dissemination of the Yishui school.Second,Luo Tianyi followed Li Dongyuan's thought of "internal injury to spleen and stomach,all kinds of diseases are caused by the body".Based on Li Dongyuan's theory of etiology and pathogenesis of internal injury to spleen and stomach,the etiology was improved and developed,and the treatment and medication were classified in detail.The etiology is divided into drinking injury,eating injury,fatigue internal injury,fatigue internal injury is supplemented by asthenia with cold,asthenia with heat two syndrome types,and detailed analysis of the pathogenesis,the formation of modern clinical more similar to the theory of spleen and stomach internal injury syndrome differentiation.At the same time,dongyuan medicine heart method was developed to analyze the pathogenesis with the function of spleen and stomach as the center.Although we emphasize the spleen and stomach,we don't only focus on the spleen and stomach,not only the effect of spleen and stomach on other viscera,but also the effect of other viscera on the function of spleen and stomach.It is the academic origin of the complete theory of syndrome differentiation of sanjiao in the school of febrile diseases.In the book,Luo Tianyi raised his own doubts about the prevailing theories and clearly expressed his attitude for many times.Moreover,the use of fang was not confined to one family,and the principle that Zhang Yuansu didn't use ancient fang was very different.Third,Luo Tianyi was a doctor in the yuan dynasty,and together with Xue Ji,a later Yishui doctor,he established the Yishui school in the court medicine.As the backbone of the Yishui school,Luo tianyi not only inherited the theories of Zhang Yuansu and Li Dongyuan,but also studied the theory of spleen and stomach more deeply and the system was more perfect,which laid a theoretical foundation for the later warming and invigrating school of the Ming and Qing dynasties,and played an important role in the theoretical formation process of the Yishui school and even in the development process of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
