Analysis On Professor Wang Lie's Application Experience In Treating Pediatric Chronic Cough Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

Objective:After the data collection of the prescriptions from professor Wang Lie in treating pediatric chronic cough,we make a data mining and analyze this prominent TCM doctor's application experience of this disease based on the TCM inheritance support system,through extracting the frequency of herbs and the core pair of medicinal herbs,obtaining new prescriptions and summarizing up professor Wang Lie's medication experience and distinctive academic thought,so as to offer a new reference and mature treatment system for traditional Chinese medicine in treating pediatric chronic cough in the future.Methods:We collect 124 medical records and prescriptions of the pediatric chronic cough from professor Wang Lie's specialist clinic in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of TCM.Then we set up a database based on the clinical collection part of the TCM inheritance support system by inputting these 124 clinical data information.We make different analysis,such as cluster analysis,correlation and prescription rule,of the frequency of herbs,the disease symptom and the distribution of TCM syndrome,summarizing up professor Wang Lie's commonly used herbs,herbs collocation,core combination in his prescriptions,deriving out brand new prescriptions.Results:Four gas analysis of herbs find the cold drugs the most frequently used.Five tastes analysis of herbs shows the bitter taste herbs the most common.Meridian tropism analysis shows the spleen lung herbs the most and the large intestine channel in the nick.By using the prescription rule analysis of the software,we discover 71 groups herbs which frequency of usage is up to 100 among these 124 prescriptions,including 7 herbs,and 8 groups herbs which frequency of usage is up to 110,and 21 association rules while we set the confidence values to 1.We make the final data mining by using the method of complex system entropycluster,ultimately form 1 core portfolio and 2 new further evolved prescriptions.Conclusion:1.To the treatment of pediatric chronic cough,Professor Wang Lie mainly use this 4 rules as wind-dispersing,heat-clearing,phlegm-expelling and clots-bbsorbing.And to the treatment of cough variant asthma,he divide it into 3 periods as attack,remission and stationary period,propose that the rule of the treatment should refer to the asthma.2.In the treatment of pediatric chronic cough,Professor Wang Lie emphasize the importance of prevention and treatment,stressing that not only the treatment but also the home care can make great significance.3.The application of the Complex system entropy clustering method from the TCM inheritance support system,which ultimately form 1 core portfolio and 2 new further evolved prescriptions in the treatment of pediatric chronic cough,is of far-reaching significanc to the clinical guidance and the new drug research and investigation.
