Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Drynaria Dicha No. 2 Prescription On Postpartum Lochia (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Through this clinical experiment,we explored the clinical value of Hanliandicha NO.2 prescription in the treatment of postpartum lochia(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),and provided new ideas for the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients who voluntarily received oral Chinese medicine in the outpatient department of Changde first traditional Chinese medicine hospital from June 2021 to November 2021 and whose Traditional Chinese Medicine defense met the criteria of persistent postpartum lochia and all met the inclusion criteria were selected as the subjects of the study.According to the random number table,80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional oxytocin treatment(20 U intramuscular injection),with one week as a course of treatment.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was orally administrated with seven doses of Hanliandicha NO.2 prescription(one dose per day,divided into morning and evening).the vaginal bleeding volumes of the two groups were compared through the outpatient return visit after half a month?Abdominal pain,as well as the size of the uterus,the efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,and so on,to assess the effectiveness and safety of Hanliandicha NO.2 prescription on postpartum lochia of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Results:Before treatment,the two groups were compared in age,mode of production,degree of illness,uterine size,and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,and the P values were all greater than 0.05,showing no significant difference and comparability.Statistical comparison was performed on the hemostatic efficacy of patients between the two groups after treatment,and P=0.034(P<0.05),indicating that Hanliandicha NO.2 prescription had obvious hemostatic effect on postpartum lochia(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome).Statistical comparison was performed on the uterine volumes of patients between the two groups after treatment,and P=0.015(P<0.05),indicating that Hanliandicha NO.2 prescription can effectively promote the uterine rejuvenation due to persistent postpartum lochia of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Statistical comparison was performed on the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores of patients between the treatment group and the control group after treatment,and the result showed that P=0.012(P<0.05),and the difference was significant,indicating that Hanliandicha NO.2 prescription could significantly relieve the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome related to the persistence of postpartum lochia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Conclusion:Hanliandicha NO.2 Prescriptioncan obviously improve the symptoms of postpartum lochia such as persistent vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain,and provides a safe 、 effective 、 simple and economic treatment in traditional Chinese medicine for clinic.
