Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Shengxian Liujun Decoction In The Treatment Of Lung And Spleen Deficiency Syndrome In The Remission Stage Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseas

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengxianliujun Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）in stable stage（Deficiency of spleen-lung qi syndrome）,and to provide evidence for clinical treatment of COPD in remission stage.Methods:In this study,64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Shengxianliujun Decoction combined with salmeterol ticasone powder inhalation,and the control group was treated with salmeterol ticasone powder inhalation.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.TCM symptom score,CAT score,m MRC score,lung function related indicators and adverse reactions were compared between 2groups before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 28.0 software.Results:1.The total score of TCM syndromes in the two groups was lower than before treatment（P<0.05）.The total score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group（P<0.05）.The difference was statistically significant.Symptom scores of the two groups were compared within the group.Symptom scores of the treatment group were improved after treatment（P<0.05）,while symptoms of wheezing,cough,shortness of breath,fatigue,loss of appetite and abdominal distension after eating in the control group were improved after treatment compared with before treatment（P<0.05）,but there was no significant difference in symptom scores of spontaneous sweat and loose stools（P>0.05）.After treatment,the scores of symptoms in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（P<0.05）.2.The total effective rate of the two groups was 80.00%in the control group and 99.33%in the treatmentgroupandthedifferencewasstatistically significant（P<0.05）.3.Intra-group comparison of m MRC scores showed that m MRC scores in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment（P<0.05）,and inter-group comparison of m MRC scores between the two groups（P<0.05）,with statistically significant differences.4.CAT score after treatment in 2 groups was significantly lower than that before treatment（P<0.05）,and the score in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P<0.05）,so the differences were statistically significant.5.Compared with before treatment,FEV₁%in 2groups increased（P<0.05）,and there was no statistically significant difference between groups（P>0.05）.Conclusion:1.Shengxianliujun Decoction combined with salmeterol ticasone powder inhalation can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and dyspnea degree of patients with Deficiency of spleen-lung qi syndrome in COPD remission stage,and improve the activity level and quality of life of patients,with a definite overall efficacy.However,the short-term improvement of lung function is not obvious.2.This study shows that Shengxianliujun Decoction is safe and has no obvious adverse reactions.
