Clinical Observation Of Bufei Shugan Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease With Lung-qi Deficiency Syndrome In Stable Stage

Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of Bufei Shugan Decoction in the treatment of patients with lung and spleen Qi deficiency syndrome of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable stage,more evidence-based basis can be provided for the clinical application and promotion of the prescription.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,each with 30 cases;the control group was cured by routine western medicine;the treatment group was cured by Bufei Shugan Decoction on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment is 12 weeks.After the treatment,the changes in clinical manifestations,overall syndrome scores,lung function,CAT score,MMRC score,exacerbation and frequency of attacks of the two groups were observed,and followed up for 6 months.Results:1.Both groups have certain clinical effects,and both can improve TCM syndrome scores.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group(p<0.05),and it is better than the control in improving TCM syndrome scores.Group(p<0.05).2.Both groups can improve patients' lung function FEV1%,FEV1/FVC,which is statistically significant(p<0.05).After treatment,there is a statistically significant difference in lung function FEV1% between the treatment group and the control group(p<0.05)),FEV1/FVC was not statistically significant(p>0.05).3.After treatment,both groups can reduce the CAT score and m MRC score,and reduce the frequency of acute exacerbations,but the treatment group is better than the control group.4.During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion: Bufei Shugan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical performance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the syndrome of pulmonary spleen qi deficiency,and increase the total effective rate;improve the FEV% level of lung function,and improve the CAT score and m MRC score.Reduce the number of acute exacerbations,thereby improving the quality of life of patients and improving the prognosis.
