Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma (lung And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome) With Bufei Guyuan Past

Objective: By observing the changes of efficacy and safety observation indexes of Bufei Guyuan ointment in the treatment of patients with chronic duration of bronchial asthma(lung and kidney deficiency syndrome)before and after treatment,to verify its efficacy and drug safety,so as to provide a new reference for the treatment of chronic duration of clinical bronchial asthma.Methods: From December 2020 to December 2021,52 patients with chronic duration of bronchial asthma in the inpatient and outpatient department of respiratory medicine of Hengyang were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 26 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bufei Guyuan ointment,and the control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhaler for 1 month for 3 consecutive courses.Before and after treatment,the changes of clinical manifestations,act score,St.George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)score,TCM symptom score and other test indexes of the two groups were recorded,and spss25.0 was used 0 software for statistical analysis of the collected data.Results: A total of 52 cases were included in this trial,and 52 cases finally completed this trial,including 26 cases in the treatment group and 26 cases in the control group.The SGRQ score and TCM symptom score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the act score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05 >;the curative effect of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05 >;there were no adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:Bufei Guyuan ointment is effective in the treatment of stable bronchial asthma.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and condition,and the clinical medication is safe.It can be further studied and popularized.
