The Summary Of Clinical Experience Of Professor Xiaoyan Gong’s Shugan Bufei Therapy In The Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma(Chronic Duration)

Objective: By collecting and organizing the outpatient medical records of Professor Xiaoyan Gong’s treatment of bronchial asthma(chronic duration)for 2 years,establish a database,and analyze it by data statistics,and summarize Professor Xiaoyan Gong’s treatment of the theory,method,prescription,and medicine experience of bronchial asthma(chronic duration),provide new ideas for the treatment of bronchial asthma(chronic duration)with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: By sorting out the cases of bronchial asthma(chronic duration)patients in the outpatient clinic of Professor Xiaoyan Gong from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to May 2019.The cases were screened out according to the criteria for inclusion and exclusion,and the patients’ basic information and information of addition and subtraction drugs are entered into Excel tables,a database is established,and the addition and subtraction drugs in the database are binary and quantified,and converted into data for analysis by frequency analysis,association rule analysis,systematic cluster analysis,etc,to summarize Professor Xiaoyan Gong ’ s experience in the treatment of bronchial asthma(chronic duration)with the method of Shugan and Bufei methods.Results: Through statistical analysis of the included 306 medical records,the following results were obtained:1.A total of 65 additions and subtractions of drugs were counted,and the number of drugs involved reached 3,531 times,of which the frequency ≥ 50 times,a total of 21 flavors,the cumulative frequency of use reached 2571 times,and the frequency of involvement reached 72.8%.Combined with the analysis of association rules,we used ephedra and cicada respectively.Earth dragon,and dead silkworm are mostly used.2.Among the 2571 frequency of medicinal properties,warm herbs was used at most,834 times in total,followed by cold herbs,562 times in total.The cumulative frequency of use of medicinal flavors reached 4412 times,and the top three ranking results were pungent,bitter,and sweet.3.The cumulative frequency of use of the meridian this time has reached 5,095 times.The top three ranking results are the lung meridian,liver meridian and stomach meridian.Conclusion:1.Insect drugs and lung-promoting drugs are commonly used for the treatmentof bronchial asthma(chronic duration).2.The medicinal properties are mostly warm medicines,followed by coldmedicines and the medicinal tastes are mostly pungent,sweet and bitter.3.The main meridian of the medicine is the five internal organs,the lungmeridian is the most,and the liver meridian is the second.
