Since its birth, the major of teaching Chinese to Speakers of other languages has been constantly innovating with the changes of The Times. The outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia has had a great impact on the teaching of the major, and promoted the transformation of the teaching mode of the major of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages. The teaching mode of the major of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages has changed from traditional teaching in offline classrooms to online teaching.Online teaching of teaching to Teach Chinese as a foreign language used to be the mainstream teaching mode during the epidemic period, which is an effective supplement to offline teaching. With the advent of the post-epidemic era, online teaching of teaching to teach Chinese as a foreign language has been transformed from online teaching to online and offline mixed teaching, which combines the advantages of online teaching and offline classroom teaching. The organic integration of online and offline teaching resources makes up for the respective shortcomings of these two teaching modes. It has a great impact on the teaching of international Chinese education in the post-epidemic era,and this teaching mode has great prospects for development. However, through the reference to the relevant materials of the online and offline blended teaching mode,we found that systematic and targeted research on the online and offline blended teaching mode is relatively few,and the application of the online and offline mixed teaching mode in the professional courses of international Chinese education is even less. Therefore, under the background of the post-epidemic era,it is of great significance for us to take the online and offline blended teaching model for teaching Chinese to other students as the research entry point,to deeply explore the advantages and existing teaching problems of this teaching model, and to put forward relevant suggestions. This study is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which explains and defines the reasons for this study, the research methods, the relevant concepts and the theoretical basis, and summarizes the relevant literature on the teaching model of teaching Chinese to International students in the post-epidemic era.The second part summarizes the background and development status of teaching mode of teaching Chinese to International Students in the post-epidemic era,and summarizes four main features of teaching and learning that are not limited by time and space, relying on network technology for teaching,information-based assessment of learners’ learning effects, and making full use of online and offline resources for mixed teaching. And summarizes the two forms of online and offline mixed teaching mode, relying on the network teaching platform to achieve online and offline synchronous teaching and ordinary online and offline mixed teaching. In the third part,we interviewed teachers of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages and conducted a questionnaire survey on students of this major.Based on the data of the interview and questionnaire,we understood the students’ adaptation to the current teaching model of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages and the influencing factors, which provided specific and intuitive data support for the writing of the following. The fourth part analyzes and collates the obtained data, and summarizes the shortcomings of the online and offline blended teaching mode for the major of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages, that is,the lack of pertinency of the online and offline blended teaching design, the lack of resource integration of the online and offline blended teaching, the lack of correct understanding of the students to the blended teaching mode, the imperfection of the online teaching platform and technology, etc. And put forward the corresponding improvement measures for teaching organizers--teachers,teaching subjects--students,that is,teachers need to clarify the goal of online and offline mixed teaching, actively learn network multimedia technology, stimulate students’ learning interest, strengthen targeted online and offline mixed teaching.Students need to change the traditional offline learning ideas, improve their concentration and self-control,change the traditional offline learning mode, etc. Finally, the author concludes that the online and offline blended teaching mode has the advantages of maximizing resource advantages, providing more timely and convenient teaching feedback information, and satisfying students’ individual needs without limitation of time and space.Based on this, the author thinks about the online and offline blended teaching of Chinese language international education in the post-epidemic era.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the research on teaching model of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in the post-epidemic era.
