Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to further implement the strategy of cultural going global,the proportion of cultural teaching in the field of international Chinese education has continued to rise.As a treasure of Chinese culture,Chinese classical poetry can always carry the most profound meaning in the most quintessential language and has unique learning value.Under the impact of the covid-19,international Chinese education has accelerated to embark on the transformation of modern language teaching.As a modern teaching mode,blended teaching has been gradually adopted by colleges and universities at home and abroad and international Chinese teachers in recent years.How to effectively use the blended teaching mode to complete the international Chinese ancient poetry teaching,to optimize the teaching quality and maximize the learning efficiency is the focus of this paper.Based on the literature research method,the article firstly analyzes the important significance of international Chinese ancient poetry teaching in improving students’ language literacy,cultivating students’ aesthetic ability,and promoting the spread of Chinese culture.Combined with questionnaires and interviews,it then summarizes the existing problems of ancient poetry teaching in four aspects: the number of special courses,the amount of poems collected in textbooks,students’ learning efficiency and the requirements for multiple lesson preparation.Secondly,combined with the current situation of modernization and transformation of international Chinese education,the characteristics of ancient poetry and aesthetic education,the development of information technology,the improvement of international Chinese education talents,and the latest domestic policy trends,it comprehensively analyzes the suitability of blended teaching and international Chinese ancient poetry teaching.Then,from the five dimensions of teaching principles,teaching content,teaching methods,teaching links and learning strategies,we will deeply explore how to create a hybrid international Chinese ancient poetry classroom,and introduce the popular BOPPPS teaching model,and strive to design a close and efficient blended teaching link.Finally,based on the relevant teaching ideas put forward in the previous article,on the premise of my in-depth understanding of the Confucius Institute at Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University in Russia in the process of practical exchanges,the "Three Friendship Poems" hybrid ancient poetry teaching design is made in order to provide a feasible practice plan for the international Chinese hybrid ancient poetry teaching,and to provide new perspectives and new ideas for international Chinese teachers to spread Chinese culture and tell Chinese stories well in the new era.All in all,ancient poetry is an indispensable teaching content for international Chinese education in the new era.Blended teaching is a teaching mode that fits with the trend of education modernization transformation in the post-epidemic era.Carrying out forward-looking research on hybrid ancient poetry teaching and proposing corresponding teaching plans has significance for the further development of international Chinese education.
