Objective: To investigate whether there are differences of behavioral risk taking(The Balloon Analogue Risk Task:BART)of Obsessive compulsive personality disorder and healthy comparison.Methods:(1)All subjective were recruited from Hunan agricultural university2016 freshman.First all students measured with PDQ-4+-OC scale.(2)when they OC scale great than or equal to 6,we are take this people to obsessive compulsive trait group.Secondly,we construct SCID interview to OCPT group,if they interview items score over than two question equal to 6,we take their to OCPD group.(3)Lastly,matching they age、educated,recruited normal control group have 53 students.All subjects must be tested SCL-90 and BART to evaluate the psychological levels and risk taking.Results:(1)SCL-90 most of the items average scores of obsessive-compulsive disorder group were significantly higher than the control groups,excluding somatization\anxiety、paranoia、terror factor.(2)The risk taking 4 factors are reaching a significant difference among three groups of all subjective.After SPM post hoc test,the risk taking does not reaching a significant difference between OCPD and OCPT.(3)Controlling the depression 、anxiety factors,we research finding that between OCPD and OCPT groups still have a significant differences at risk takings.(4)All subjects OC scores and BART 4 factor presenting significant negative correlation,but between OCPD and OCPT groups has not associated with OC scores.Conclusion:(1)Obsessive Compulsive personality disorder has cognitive features of risk averse.(2)Obsessive Compulsive personality traits and Obsessive Compulsive personality disorder have some association in cognitive model of risk aversion.(3)The risk aversion of cognitive model as independent cognitive category at someone those who is obsessive compulsive personality disorder and Obsessive Compulsive personality traits.
