Objective: This study try to test the effectiveness of the Meta-cognitive Intervention Technology which treat the obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD),and exploring the effect of Positive Meta-cognitive Training on the relapse prevention of OCD.To offer reference for related research about the prevention of recurrence. Methods: In this study,we used the method of small sample and Multiple-baseline,The number and duration of obsessive compulsive symptoms were used as indicators of Multiple-baseline.Six OCD clients were assigned to the experimental group(the group with Positive Meta-cognition Training)and control group(the group with normal relaxation training)randomly,There are three clients in each group.Putting the Positive Meta-cognitive Training into the experimental group, and make the normal relaxation training to control group.Determining the efficacy of treatment according to the scores of Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale(YBOCS),Subjective rating for the severity of obsessive compulsive symptoms table,Self-expression satisfaction evaluation table, and Multiple-baseline map of the two groups at the end of intervention.Observing for two months continuously after intervention,The second intervention were performed for clients who matched recurrence criteria, and training positive Meta-cognitive technically for each client at the second intervention.Observing clients in three month and six months later after the second intervention,to estimate if there are some clients have recrudesced. Results: After the first intervention, the symptoms of all clients had improved, and the Multiple-baseline map show that the number and duration of obsessive compulsive symptoms have changed obviously. There is no one has recrudesced in the experimental group. In the control group, two clients recurrence at the first visit, and the recurrence rate was 66.7%,The two clients had not recrudesced at the second visit and the third visit, indicating that Positive Meta-cognitive Training technically can prevent recurrence of OCD effectively. Conclusion: Meta-cognitive Intervention Technology is effective in the treatment of OCD,and Positive Meta-cognitive Training can prevent OCD recurrence effectively.
