Ilaprazole Sequential Therapy Versus Standard Quadruple Therapy Meta Analysis Of Curative Effect Of Helicobacter Pylori Infection Gastritis

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions of ilaprazole as proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infectious gastritis by comparing sequential therapy and standard quadruple therapy,and to understand the effect of different treatment regimens of ilaprazole in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infectious gastritis,so as to provide evidence forclinical treatment.Method:Chinese databases were included in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database and Chinese scientific Journal Full-text database journal database(VIP)database was used for literature retrieval,while the English database was used for literature retrieval in Pub Med and Embase database,and the period from the publication of the database to August 31,2022 was searched.All the literature about sequential ilaprazole and standard quadruple therapy in Hp infectious gastritis,the Randomized controlled trial(RCTS),and the RCTS that met the inclusion criteria were sorted out,The quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the Jadad Scale and the Cochrane risk Bias Assessment Tool in Revman5.4.Meta analysis was performed on the finally included literatures using Revman5.4 software,mainly analyzing the total effective rate,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,incidence of adverse reactions and other indicators of the two methods in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection gastritis.Results: Finally,13 literatures were included,including 721 subjects in the control group(ilaprazole standard quadruple therapy group)and715 subjects in the experimental group(ilaprazole sequential therapy group).The total effective rate of Helicobacter pylori infection gastritis was compared between the two groups,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,the combined OR value was 3.59,95%CI:[2.34,5.50].For the comparison of Helicobacter pylori eradication rate,the experimental group was higher than the control group,the combined OR value was 2.02,95%CI: [1.05,3.88].For the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions,the experimental group was lower than the control group,the combined OR value was 0.49,95%CI: [0.35,0.68].Conclusion:In the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection gastritis,the total effective rate,Helicobacter pylori eradication rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were all better in the ilaprazole sequential therapy group than in the standard quadruple therapy group.
