Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is one of the common digestive diseases,and Helicobacter pylori(HP)is an important factor in the pathogenesis and development of chronic atrophic gastritis.With the increase in the detection rate of Helicobacter pylori and the popularity of digestive endoscopy,the number of patients with HP-related chronic atrophic gastritis is increasing.Traditional medicine and modern medicine have their advantages in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with HP infection.This study will explore the therapeutic effect of Quadruple Therapy sequential Banxia Xiexin Decoction on this disease,and tap the advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy.Part ?:Theoretical DiscussionSummarize the understanding of traditional medicine on the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of chronic atrophic gastritis.As well as the analysis of the relationship between Helicobacter pylori inf,ection and chronic atrophic gastritis and the current status of'treatment by contemporary medical doctors,it can be seen that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has certain advantages in clinical efficacy.Part ?:Clinical observationObjective:Using the "self-control" research method before and after treatment,explore the therapeutic effect of quadruple therapy sequential Banxia Xiexin Decoction on Helicobacter pylori-infected chronic atrophic gastritis.In order to enrich the treatment of this disease,provide more effective treatment.Methods:Collect general information,gastroscopic pathological results,and TCM symptoms of patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected chronic atrophic gastritis in the Department of Gastroenterology,56 patients were observed by the "self-control" research method,treated with quadruple therapy for 14 days,HP turned negative and served Chinese herbal decoction for 6 months.The symptoms and signs of TCM and the histopathological findings were observed and recorded before and after treatment.The data were sorted and analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the program.Results:In terms of TCM total scores,the scores after 6 months of treatment were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the main symptom of traditional Chinese medicine,the score was lower than that before treatment after 6 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of TCM,the scores after 6 months of treatment were lower than those before treatment.Except for nausea and vomiting,painful refusal,and shortness of breath,the other symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of pathological scores,the atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,inflammatory response and activity scores of gastric antrum curvature and antral small curve after 6 months of treatment were lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the evaluation of TCM syndrome efficacy,after 6 months of treatment,34 cases were atrophied and cured,accounting for 60.7%;2 cases were markedly effective,accounting for 3.6%;4 cases were effective,accounting for 7.1%;16 cases were ineffective,accounting for 28.6%;the total effective rate was 71.4%.Intestinal healing was cured in 19 cases,accounting for 38.8%;markedly effective in 2 cases,accounting for 4.1%;effective in 3 cases,accounting for 6.1%;ineffective in 25 cases,accounting for 51.0%;total effective rate was 49.0%.Conclusion:Quadruple therapy sequential Banxia Xiexin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,gastric mucosal inflammation,atrophy and intestinal metaplasia of patients with Helicobacter pylori-infected chronic atrophic gastritis,and the clinical treatment effect is satisfactory.
