| Objective: By means of modern medical research methods,the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescription——kangyoutang combined with standard triple therapy in the treatment of HP related gastritis was observed and studied,and the comparison with traditional bismuth-containing quadruple therapy provided a new idea and direction for the treatment of HP related gastritis in the future.Methods: Will be included in the standard of 42 cases of HP positive checks and digestive system symptoms(such as abdominal pain,belching,abdominal distention,stomach burning sensation,nausea,early enough,etc.)and by gastroscope examination for patients with chronic gastritis,randomly divided into two groups: the resistance to deep and kangyoutang(specific formula is: rhubarb,rhizoma coptidis,main licorice,amomum fruit,rhizoma corydalis,radix paeoniae alba,Fried chicken gizzard)combined therapy with standard triple therapy group(KYT+EAC)21 cases,to the patients(Chinese traditional medicine prescription-deep and remote soup + esso beauty pull azole resistance,amoxicillin and clarithromycin)dosing schedule 14 d;Twenty-one patients in the EACB group were treated with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy(esomeprazole + bismuth potassium citrate + amoxicillin + clarithromycin)for 14 days.Patients were followed up with the relief of dyspepsia symptoms after medication,and the scores of each symptom before and after treatment were given.Patients were followed up for adverse drug reactions during drug treatment,such as bismuth encephalopathy,osteoarthropathy,headache,constipation,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,oral pain,nausea,dizziness and loose stool,and the types and severity of adverse reactions were recorded.13c-ubt test was performed for more than 1 month after treatment.HP eradication rate,relief of dyspepsia symptoms and occurrence of adverse drug reactions in the two groups were calculated respectively.Results:Among the 42 patients(21 in KYT+EAC group and 21 in EACB group), there were no statistically significant differences in age,gender composition,and urban-rural distribution between the two groups(P > 0.05).Before treatment,the symptom scores of KYT+EAC group and EACB group were in line with the normal distribution,with an average score of 5.29±1.93 and 4.14±2.22,respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,the HP eradication rate in KYT+EAC group was 81.0%,and that in EACB group was 76.2%.The HP eradication rate in KYT+EAC group was higher than that in EACB group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).After treatment,the total score of symptoms in both groups decreased significantly,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05),and the points decreased by 3.57±1.63 and 2.24 ±1.79,respectively.The total score decreased by KYT+EAC group was higher,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The effective rate of symptom remission in KYT+EAC group was 90.5%,and that in EACB group was 57.1%.The effective rate of symptom remission in KYT+EAC group was significantly higher than that in bismuth-containing quadruple therapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in KYT+EAC group and EACB group was 9.5%,38.1%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in KYT+EAC group was significantly lower than that in EACB group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Kangyoutang combined standard triple therapy to treat patients with HP eradicate rate is similar to traditional quadruple therapy,but in terms of improvements in symptoms and reduce adverse reactions which had obvious advantages,can increase the patients medication compliance,improve the enthusiasm of the HP correlation gastritis patients HP eradication therapy,thereby lowering the overall population of HP infection rate and incidence of HP correlation gastritis. |
