Literature And Clinical Studies Of Asthma Deficiency

Purpose: Asthma(known as asthma in Western medicine)is a common disease in the Department of Pulmonology,and the condition often recurs,which has a great impact on the physical and mental health of patients and also brings a huge economic burden.At present,Western medicine attributes the pathogenesis of asthma to the two major mechanisms of airway immunity-inflammation and neuromodulation,and the treatment is mainly symptomatic treatment and the long-term efficacy is not ideal.Traditional Chinese medicine has huge advantages in treating asthma.The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept,etiology,characteristics and treatment rules of asthma,further explore the common etiological pathogenesis,pathogenesis and treatment of asthma deficiency,and then collect clinical medical records,analyze the causes,locations,tongue images,pulses,clinical symptoms and traditional Chinese medicines used by the instructor to treat asthma deficiency in combination with specific cases,and summarize the experience of the instructor in treating asthma deficiency in combination with specific cases,so as to provide reference for the prevention,treatment and prognosis of the disease.Method: 1.Literature research methods: using the method of literature collation and research,the research of ancient books is based on the ancient books collected in the electronic book "Chinese Medical Codex"(fifth edition)as the research object,and the modern literature research takes CNKI database,Wanfang database and Weipu database as the research object.Keywords such as wheezing,asthma,sipping,wheezing,wheezing,deficiency,deficiency were sorted out for detailed reading and understanding,and the concept,etiology,characteristics and treatment rules of deficiency were preliminarily clarified,and the common etiological pathogenesis,pathogenesis,pathogenesis and treatment of asthma were further discussed.2.Clinical research: Using the method of retrospective study,the outpatient and inpatient records of the Department of Pulmonology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to November 2022 were collected,and the clinical medical case data were compiled according to the format of the Appendix 2 Asthma Visit Statistics Table.According to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria,60 medical records of asthma patients who met the requirements were screened out as research objects,and the extract cards were analyzed by the method of clinical card extraction and statistical description,and the etiology,disease position,tongue image,pulse image,clinical symptoms and commonly used Chinese medicines commonly used by the instructor were analyzed.Summarize the experience of the instructor in treating asthma deficiency.Result: 1.Literature research results(1)The concept of "deficiency" : Deficiency refers to the pathological state of deficiency of positive qi,which is an overview of various weakness symptoms produced by the lack of healthy qi in the human body,reflecting the state of weak and insufficient positive qi and evil qi in the human body,including qi,blood,yin,yang,jin liquid,essence,pith,yingwei deficiency and so on.Hypocrisy refers to false evidence,which is an important part of the theory of deficiency in Chinese medicine,and it has not been damaged for a long time.Causes of "deficiency" :(1)insufficient innate endowment;(2)repeated invasion of external evil;(3)improper diet;(4)overwork and fatigue;(5)emotional factors;(6)The gas machine is not adjusted;(7)Loss of evil spirits;(8)Mistreatment and mistreatment.The pathogenesis characteristics of "virtuality" :(1)virtual and real;(2)Deficiency is both the initiating factor and the secondary cause of disease occurrence.The rule of law of "virtuality" :(1)Cure the disease and seek the root;(2)Supporting righteousness and dispelling evil;(3)Combination of eight methods.(2)The pathogenesis of "deficiency" caused by asthma: on the one hand,those with insufficient congenital endowments,abnormal water metabolism and subtle substance infusion become sputum and other pathological products,sputum blocks the airway,and sputum and gas intersection obstruct asthma;On the other hand,external evil invades the human body,causing the five internal organs to be weakened,producing phlegm and drinking and other pathological products,resulting in asthma.Pathological products affect each other,qi,blood and jin liquid are the basic substances that constitute and maintain human life activities,so the three are physiologically related to each other and pathologically affect each other.Qi can carry blood,and if the qi machine is disordered,the function of blood and fluid is impaired,resulting in sputum obstruction,blood stasis,and suspension;If the gasification function of the internal organs is abnormal,the water-liquid infusion function is blocked,and phlegm drinking will become generated,and the internal stop of phlegm drinking will block the qi machine,consume qi and blood,and cause two pathological changes: qi stagnation and blood stasis;The stasis,in turn,hinders the infusion of fluid and accumulates phlegm.Therefore,the pathological products of the intermediate link of asthma will consume gas and blood,resulting in more serious deficiency and forming a vicious circle.Common types of symptoms of asthma caused by "deficiency" :(1)Deficiency of lung and spleen;(2)Evidence of lung and kidney deficiency;(3)Spleen and kidney yang deficiency,heart and stomach fire evidence;(4)The spleen and stomach are weak,and the sputum is turbid.Treatment of the deficiency of wheezing: The treatment of the deficiency of wheezing can be summarized as the right and dispelling evil.Dispelling evil is to remove the real evil that causes wheezing deficiency,which includes three aspects: on the one hand,let the patient get rid of the bad environment that causes his wheezing disease,such as leaving the humid place of residence,pollen and other foreign body allergies from the place with foreign body,etc.;The two remove the evil qi that yang at the functional level.2.Common types of asthma deficiency etiology:(1)lung capacity and qi deficiency;(2)insufficient innate endowments;(3)Repeated external invasions;(4)Improper diet and insufficient growth of positive qi;(5)It is weak and affects the lungs;(6)Abnormal qi machine leads to organ weakness,manifested by lungs;(7)Wounding the lungs.3.Clinical research results(1)Patients with asthma often have a history of allergies and family history of asthma;The incidence is higher in youth.(2)The deficiency of asthma disease is located in the lungs,involving the spleen,stomach,kidneys,liver,heart and other organs;Different regions and different climatic environments have different causes of clamping,and patients with asthma who have lived in Jiangxi Province for a long time are prone to phlegm,cold,humidity,heat,dryness and other causes.(3)The common tongue image of asthma deficiency is light red,dark red,light white of tongue,thin white,thin yellow and white greasy tongue,and the veins are fine veins,sinking pulses,slippery veins,and string veins;Common clinical symptoms are cough,wheezing,chest tightness,cough aggravated at night,itchy throat,etc.,and the symptoms are aggravated by cold,smell of oil smoke,and aggravation of peculiar smell.(4)Distribution of commonly used drugs used by the instructor to treat asthma: the drugs with more frequent use are Baishu,Aster,Cyclopedia,Donghua,Ephedra,Codonopsis,Fa Banxia,Chuanxiong,Astragalus,Baibu,Poria,Campanula,etc.From the efficacy of the drug,it can be seen that the above drugs are mainly qi-invigorating,phlegm-dissolving and cold-dispersing drugs.Clinical research results 1.Virtuality and reality,"virtual" is both the initiation factor and the secondary cause of deficiency is a background of asthma,phlegm turbidity lung is the pathological basis of repeated asthma attacks,external evil,emotions,fatigue,diet,etc.are the causes of asthma,qi disorder is an abnormal state during asthma attacks,asthma will be aggravated over time,affecting the internal organs,phlegm drinking long-term disease into the network hindering the flow of qi and blood is stasis.The treatment of asthma should not only be dialectical treatment,but also combine the type of etiology and pathogenesis,and grasp the treatment of asthma as a whole with the principle of supporting the right and dispelling evil and regulating the qi mechanism.The instructor believes that most asthma patients in Jiangxi have qi deficiency,phlegm and cold,so they often use qi and phlegm and cold as a treatment method in treatment.In short,the treatment of asthma deficiency needs to examine the cause,combine the type of etiology and pathogenesis,identify the outside world and the evil qi that invades the body,and at the same time identify the weak organs,dispel the evil that is invaded,support the void of the right,and finally recover the righteous,go away and heal the disease.
