Clinical Analysis On The Treatment Of Asthma In Remission From Lung, Spleen And Kidney, And Literature Research On TCM Syndrome Differentiation And Treatment

Purpose:Summarize and analyze the clinical experience of the instructor in treating and relieving wheezing disease,and through the literature research on clinical research of wheezing relieving period and the experience of famous Chinese medicine doctors and other literatures to explore the rules of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of wheezing relieving period.Material and method:Combined with the medical case of the instructor,summarize and analyze his experience in treating the remission period of asthma from the lung,spleen and kidney;using the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Wanfang Database as the main search platform,take asthma,bronchial asthma,asthma,remission period,traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese and western medicine,etc.are search terms.After free combination,the search is based on the subject words.After removing the same document obtained due to different search terms,the literature is screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the types of evidence in the literature are counted.,Symptoms,prescriptions,traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,establish a database,based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,modern pharmacological research and modern statistical analysis,Summarize the main symptoms and treatment of asthma in remission.Results:1.The clinical effect of resolving asthma from lung,spleen and kidney is clear.2.The onset of asthma is independent of age and sex,but adolescents,middle-aged and elderly people are the high-incidence groups.3.The common symptoms of BA in remission are Lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Lung and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome,Lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Lung Spleen and Kidney Deficiency Syndrome,Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome,Lung Kidney Qi Deficiency Syndrome,Spleen and Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome,and Lung Qi Yin Deficiency,etc;common symptoms are cough,shortness of breath,spontaneous sweating,lack of appetite,shaohua,diarrhea,colds,fatigue,weak waist and knees,thin sputum,and cold limb,Body weight loss,less gas,lazy words,chlorosis,five upsets;tongue veins more common pale tongue,thin white fur,fat tongue,fine veins,deep veins and weak veins.4.Lung,spleen and kidney are the main disease syndromes,Qi deficiency is the main disease syndrome,followed by Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency,involving sputum and stasis.5.Among the 119 articles in this study,38 treatments were involved,with Yupingfeng Powder being added or subtracted the most,appearing 30 times,followed by Liujunzi Decoction,Jinkui Shenqi Pill,Shenling Baizhu Powder,etc;involving 142 flavors of Chinese medicine,Among them,there are 11 flavors of Chinese medicines with a frequency of ?30times,which are Atractylodes,Licorice,Astragalus,Poria,Fangfeng,Schisandra,Chenpi,Pinellia ternata,Yam,Shu Dihuang,Codonopsis sibiricum;Mainly tonic medicine,Huatanzhikepingchuan medicine,Huoxue Huayu medicine,heat-relief medicine and antipyretics.Conclusion:1.According to the clinical experience analysis and literature research on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,it is confirmed that the syndromes,symptoms,symptom evidence,and prescriptions of asthma remission are all based on the three organs of lung,spleen and kidney.Therefore,from the lung,spleen and kidney to the treatment of asthma remission,the clinical effect is significant.
