Clinical Study Of Qijiao Moxibustion Combined With Finger Acupoint Treatment For Children Enuresis(Xiayuan Deficiency-cold Type)

Objective: By observing the difference of effectiveness,safety and recurrence of Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger point and Wuziyanzong pills in the treatment of Xiayuan deficiency cold type enuresis in children.In order to explore the efficacy and mechanism of Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger pointing in the treatment of pediatric enuresis of Xiayuan deficiency cold type,with a view to providing a simple and practical method for the future treatment of pediatric enuresis.Methods: Recruit patients 74 children with enuresis,randomly allocated into the test and controlled groups,37 cases in total,of which 3 occurred in each group,68 were eventually enrolled(34 cases in both groups).The experimental group was offered Qijiao moxibustion coupled with finger pointing,while the control group was presented with Wuziyanzong Pills.Both groups were operated for 4 weeks,and the TCM evidence subscore and bladder volume before and after the treatments were recorded.Statistical analysis of the curative effect,1month after the end of treatment follow-up and statistics of recurrence rate,to observe the recurrence.Results:1.Pretreatment analysis:Gender,age,disease duration,TCM syndrome score,and bladder volume differences between the two groups of children were comparable(P>0.05).2.Post-treatment analysis:(1)After the two groups of children were treated,the total TCM evidence points,the main symptoms and each of the secondary symptoms points all decreased,with the effect of Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger pointing being superior(P<0.05);(2)The effective rate of Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger point-pointing group was 85.29%,that of Wuziyanzong Wan group was 73.53%,and that of Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger pointing group was better(P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the bladder volume of both groups increased(P<0.05),and the Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger points group was better than that of Wuziyanzong Wan group(P<0.05);(4)The recurrence rate of the Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger point group was5.88%,the recurrence rate of Wuziyanzong Wan group was 23.53%,and the recurrence rate of the Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger point group was lower(P<0.05).3.The treatment process was safer in both groups of children.Conclusion:1.Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger point and Wuziyanzong Pills have clinical effects on children with Xiayuan deficiency cold enuresis.Both groups can reduce TCM syndrome score and increase bladder capacity,and Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger point has better effect.2.The clinical application of the two groups was safe,and the recurrence rate of Qijiao moxibustion combined with finger point was lower than Wuziyanzong Pills.
