Purpose:By taking pressing needle in the treatment of nocturnal enuresis(Xiayuan xuhan type)and observing the functional bladder volume, residual urine volume, clinical efficiency and recurrence rate in children to explore the clinical effect of pressing needle in the treatment of nocturnal enuresis(Xiayuan xuhan type).Material and method:A total of 60 children aged 5 to 11 years old who met the diagnostic criteria of primary nocturnal enuresis and were Xiayuan xuhan type were selected from February 2017 to July 2018 in the enuresis clinic of Shenyang Children Hospital. The children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. Both groups were given behavior therapy during the treatment and follow-up period. The treatment group was given pressing needle combined with Suoquan capsule orally while the control group was given Suoquan capsule orally only. After four weeks treatment(a course of treatment),the functional bladder volume, residual urine volume, clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of 6 months after treatment were observed in both groups.Results:1.Clinical effective rate:After stopping treatment for two weeks,3 cases(10.00%)were cured in the treatment group,24 cases(80.00%)were effective, and the effective rate was 90.00%.1case(3.33%)was cured in the control group,20 cases(66.67%)were effective, and the effective rate was 70.00%.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(X~2=4.32,P=0.038<0.05).2.Functional bladder capacity:Compared with before treatment, the functional bladder capacity of children in treatment group and control group increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the functional bladder capacity of children in treatment group increased significantly compared with that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Bladder residual urine volume:Compared with before treatment, the residual urine volume of children in treatment group and control group reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);after treatment, the residual urine volume of children in treatment group reduced significantly compared with that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Recurrence rate:6 months later,7cases of the treatment group reappeared, the recurrence rate was 25.93%;12cases in the control group reappeared, the recurrence rate was 57.14%.The recurrence rate of the two groups had statistical significance(X~2=4.813,P=0.028<0.05).Conclusion:1.Pressing needle treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficiency of enuresis in children(Xiayuan xuhan type).2.Pressing needle combined with Suoquan Capsule treatment is superior to single Suoquan Capsule treatment in improving functional bladder capacity and reducing residual urine volume.3.Pressing needle combined with Suoquan Capsule in the treatment of clinical recurrence rate is lower than that of single Suoquan Capsule treatment group.
