| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Wenshen Suoniao Decoction combined with moxibustion on enuresis in children with Xiayuan deficiency-cold type,and to explore the advantages of Wenshen Suoniao Decoction combined with moxibustion in the treatment of enuresis in children with Xiayuan deficiency-cold type.Methods:Based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the trial scheme,60 children with enuresis of Xiayuan deficiency-cold type were divided into 2groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was given Oral Wenshen Suoniao Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with Wenshen Suoniao Decoction and moxibustion.Both groups were given life guidance and bladder function exercise on the basis of the above treatments.The children participating in the trial were treated for a total of 4 weeks,of which2 weeks were a course of treatment.After treatment,the two groups of children were evaluated for efficacy and safety.After 3 months of treatment,the children were followed up to observe the prognosis and count the recurrence rate.All data were analyzed using SPSS24.0 software.Results:1.Baseline data: Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in age,gender,duration of disease,TCM symptom score and bladder capacity between the two groups(P>0.05),and the baseline data were comparable.2.Clinical efficacy evaluation:(1)TCM symptom score: Compared with before treatment,the total TCM symptom score and the refined score of each symptom in the two groups decreased.Both treatment methods could improve the TCM symptoms of children with enuresis of Xiayuan deficiency-cold type,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but the treatment group had better curative effect(P<0.05).(2)The overall clinical efficacy:The overall effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%,and that in the control group was 83.33%.The difference in test results between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)The bladder capacity: After treatment,the bladder capacity of the enuresis children in the two groups increased compared with that before treatment.Both treatments had clinical effects(P<0.05),but the treatment group had more advantages in increasing bladder capacity(P<0.05).(4)In terms of prognosis: The recurrence rate of the control group was 50%,and that of the treatment group was 25%.There was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group and the control group was similar.3.Safety evaluation: Both the treatment group and the control group were safe,no adverse reactions occurred during the trial,and laboratory tests were also within the normal range.Conclusion:1.The combined treatment of Wenshen Suoniao Decoction and moxibustion has a significant effect on children with enuresis of Xiayuan deficiency-cold type,which can improve TCM symptoms and increase bladder capacity in children with enuresis.2.The combination of Wenshen Shunyi Decoction and moxibustion and the use of Wenshen Shunyi Decoction alone have curative effects on children with enuresis of Xiayuan deficiency-cold type,and the combined treatment effect is better. |
