Objective: To observe the Glauber gauze wound dressing after surgery for perianal abscess, the clinical efficacy and safety.Methods: 60 patients with perianal abscess after surgery were randomly divided randomly into two groups, were randomly divided into 20% Glauber's salt gauze, 10% saline gauze group, 30 patients in each group. Were observed in different periods by local pain, wound edema, wound healing time, summed up the gauze Glauber clinical efficacy and safety.Results: Glauber gauze group compared with the saline gauze group had significantly (P <0.05). The wound edema, patients with pain, healing time is better than saline gauze group. The two no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Postoperative abscess is better than simply using the Glauber gauze gauze than the simple use of hypertonic saline. |
