Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of resuming acupuncture at the cervical pinch point for the treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis(CSR)and to explore more effective methods for the clinical treatment of neurogenic cervi-cal spondylosis. Methods:According to the random number table method,60 patients with neuroge-nic cervical spondylosis who met the nadir criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups:30 cases each in the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group adopted the resuscitation acupuncture method of cervical pinch spine points, and the control group adopted the conventional acupunctu-re method. In the treatment group,C57cervical jiaji(double)was selected for treatment by resuscitation method each time.In the control group,should-er well(double),dazhui, fengchi(double),quchi(double),hegu(double),waiguan(double)and houxi(double)were selected for conventional acupunct-ure treatment. Both groups were treated once on 1 day, with 1 day of rest after 6 consecutive days of acupuncture, with 7 days as a course of treat-ment,for a total of 2 courses of treatment. The VAS scores and the Yasuhisa Tanaka Cervical Spondylosis Symptom Scale 20-point method were evaluated before and after treatment in both groups. The differences in the efficacy of the two different treatments were analyzed and the final conclusions were drawn.Results:1.The VAS scores of both groups decreased to different degrees after two weeks of treatment, and the treatment group performed significantly better than the control group in this index(P<0.05).2.After two weeks of treatment, the 20-point method of the Yasuhisa Tanaka Scale in both groups had different degrees of increase, and the performance of the treatment group in this index was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was93.10%and the total effective rate of the control group was 82.76%,and there was a significant difference after statistical analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both restoration of the cervical pinch point and conventional acupuncture for the treatment of neurogenic cervical spondylosis are safe, reliable, easily accepted by patients, and worthy of widespread clinical use.2.In terms of overall efficacy, resumption of cervical pinch point thera-py was significantly better than conventional acupuncture treatment.
